This bright 2 BR, 1 BA garden apartment with full kitchen and separate entrance is the perfect Colorado home away from home. The 900sq ft unit provides a full kitchen, large living room (with bigscreen tv and roku) and two large bedrooms (1 with queen bed, the other with full bed). The queen room has an en suite full bath which can also be accessed from the hall. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Owners provide cooking utensils, free coffee and basic cooking oils/spices. There is a laundry room on site for any washing needs and free wi-fi available throughout the house. Renters will have access to huge yard, back patio with firepit, bench seating and a grill. Renters with kids will love the child play house, picnic area and climbing wall. Just a few miles south of downtown Denver with easy access via public transit (bus or lightrail) or a $10 uber/lyft, walking distance to Denver University and downtown Englewood shops/restaurants. Easy access to the highway for a quick jaunt to the mountains for a hike/bike/climb/ski. This beautifully finished space is the perfect place to experience all Denver has to offer.

Owners live on site in the upstairs of the home and can help with any questions about the property or things to do in the area. Owners have two elderly dogs that are occasionally lounging in the yard as well as small children who will also play outside at times. Owners ask that renters don't use the outdoor shared space after 10:00PM.

Easy access to anywhere in Denver, walkable to bars/restaurants, short jaunt to the mountains to hike, bike, ski, etc...

We also love the huge/private backyard patio area, especially in the summer time.

A great experience...comfortable, clean, great value...highly recommended

My wife, mother and I stayed in Adam's place 4 nights on a trip to visit our daughter in Denver. Everything was as described in the property description. The beds were comfortable, the living room sofa was expansive and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed...overall a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again in the future. The only negative is that we didn't get to meet Ray-ray, the 3-legged dog...maybe next time! Highly recommended.

My fiance and I came in to Denver for a few days and were thrilled at this find. The house is a very short drive into Denver and is available at a much better rate than rentals located downtown. The unit itself is very spacious, has a great kitchen and living room area, and has easy access to the big backyard and patio. The owners are very accommodating and gave us great tips on things to do around the area. Definitely would recommend this place!

As the first official guest to stay in this unit, I must say it went above and beyond expectations. The decor was cozy, (with a kitchen table that the owner crafted himself!) and the beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The unit is fairly priced, the hosts are super friendly, and it's a great location for easy ubers to Washington Park, downtown, and the light rail station.
