Custom home built by reputable DockCo Construction offers comfortable accommodations both inside and out. Three bedrooms with two kings and one queen memory foam mattresses. A loft area with full size children's bunk beds. Large wrap around deck with covered area. Wheelchair access on all main level amenities. Six person hot tub. Very private with beautiful view and access to the Chestatee River and surrounding property.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Maximum overnight guests: 10 (sleeps up to 6 adults)Booking will be canceled if more guests arrive.
No additional guests allowed. Property is only suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. This is in compliance with County restriction. No exceptions.
Very important to not block the driveway nor access the neighbor's lot. Security cameras are on site. Absolutely no firepits or grills on the deck.
Filming projects and using the property as a production studio are prohibited unless approved first.
