About Jacqui Holth
After having travelled the world for years working and experiencing some of the most stunning locations on the planet we arrived in Sardinia and fell in love with the land, the sea, the food and of course and with the people. There are very few places like it in the world. We have chosen to rent out our main residence due to current work and education commitments which see us currently living on the mainland.
Jacqui Holth purchased this Villa in 2010
Why Jacqui Holth chose Arzachena
Having lived on the Costa Smeralda for 12 years we are well aware of what is available on the market and decided to build our own home. We built this home for our personal use and so left nothing out. You have all modern features such as internet, satellite TV, music throughout, home cinema, steam room, air conditioning, all discretely integrated into the design features of the home. There is no other rural property that offers such luxury living and guarantees at the same time the privacy and tranquillity that comes with selecting a rural home for your vacation. The price also includes 6 days per week of a private staff member who will ensure that your vacation gives you all that you desire with her local knowledge as well as the added benefit of keeping the property in order for you during your stay.
What makes this Villa unique
The peace, the natural beauty, the feeling of pure escapism and relaxation that our property offers takes your breath away every single day. The warmth of the stone pool, the cows wandering in the open fields, the sun on the granite rocks and the outstanding evening stars cannot be matched. You can choose to stay all day at home with the doors and windows wide open allowing the breeze to drift through the house over the warm timber floors, lazing by the magnesium treated natural stone pool protected from the wind, ending the day with a traditional Italian aperitivo on the terrace as the warm evening light casts colours over the granite peaks. Or you can take a 10 minute drive to the immense number of glorious white sand beaches and coves that the Costa Smeralda has to offer.

Luxury villa away from it all
Delightful villa, very well appointed with every luxury. Lovely bedrooms and living areas. Speranza was very pleasant and helpful. The highlight was a trip round the islands off the north coast.
Thank you Jane for taking time to review our property. It helps other guests get a feel for what awaits them. Glad you appreciated the little luxurious touches. Speranza has been with us for 15 years in many roles and is a delight. I totally agree a.boat trip around the islands is a day not to miss. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.
A beautiful appointed Villa away from the business of the resorts.
The villa was a home away from home with everything to make a stay for an extended family an easy and great experience. The unique feature was the pool which was as near to a mountain rock pool as it could be. The adults plunged and the children learnt to swim in it . It is a very high tech house but the guardian and technicians were quickly on hand to rectify any possible problems . There were many beaches within easy reach but it was lovely to return to the tranquillity of Villa Jacqueline.
There was a good information pack in the Villa which we used. We had a wonderful and memorable holiday which lived up to our expectations.
Thank you Susan
We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and that you appreciated and enjoyed the tranquility and the feeling of escape that our property offers to all guests of any age. Thank you for taking the time to personally email us to share how magical the holiday was for your family and for taking the time to share your review as it will no doubt help others in making their selection of property. We hope to welcome you and your family again in the future.
Such a beautiful and well kept house, everything you need is there
Won’t hesitate to go back...the photos do not do it justice at all...
The one drawback is that the 2 downstairs bedrooms have hardly any natural light, but fine for children, and you barely spend any time in them at all.
It was furnished brilliantly, with an incredible sound system that extends to the equally incredible pool.
Thank you Adam for taking time to review our property. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and found everything you needed to make your holiday fabulous. It is true the downstairs rooms windows are not as vast as upstairs. The benefits of this we have found from many guests is that they are spacious and very cool in the summer and you can sleep a little later. Like you said... the amount of time in them is limited. The sound system is a beautiful addition, albeit that the natural surrounds often gift the peace one is looking for. Our property indeed offers something for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you again.
Felt at home from the moment we arrived.
A fantastic villa in the most magical of settings. Villa Jacquiline doesn't disappoint. We will be back!
Thank you Mark
We built the villa for ourselves and we always wanted it to welcome anyone who comes to stay. It does envelope you and a sense of peace and relaxation rolls over the hills and seems to calm everything. We are glad you enjoyed the villa and look forward to welcoming you again.
A Very Special place
We celebrated a family occasion in Villa Jacqueline. I cannot imagine more beautiful house. It has the feeling of a lovingly decorated home, the pool and garden are stunning and the feeling of privacy is very special. our group ranged in age from 2 to 82 and everyone was delighted. Thank you so much
Stunning house and location, amazing pool
We were two families travelling all the way from Australia and the stay was absolutely amazing. A huge stylish and luxurious house with everything required to enjoy the property, as well as the most amazing walk in pool which the kids and adults dipped in daily, if not twice!
The hosts put a lot of effort into building this huge five bedroom, two levelled house and it was clean and came with little amenities that make up having a nice stay. As we were travelling with kids, it was very easy to grocery shop most days in town (5 to 10 minute drive) and stock the place with everything needed to cook on their large BBQ and oven. We spent all day out and came home to cook meals and enjoy vino out on the terrace, which had the most serene views of the mountains and surrounding wilderness.
The property manager (Sperenza) was always available and extremely helpful with any requests we had. She even organised a beautiful home cooked meal on the last night to enjoy one of the many delightful pork dishes and sweets that Sardinia was known for.
As for travelling with smaller children, just some hints as the property caters for families as such, however the smaller kids had to be watched quite closely if we were playing out the front as the house, as it sat on a bit of a hill, so it was very easy for kids to tumble down the side. The pool was up some stairs and away from the house a little which was great. Maybe a baby gate could be provided for the staircase that went down into the lower rooms via the kitchen, we found we had to block this off with a large chair not to let little feet fall down. Otherwise there is little to improve in this property and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
