About Patricia Jones
We have been coming to Maui since the early 1980's and fell in love with the island and its Aloha Spirit. We have lived in several different areas of South Maui and always wanted a vacation condo within quick, easy access to the beach. Kihei Akahi is just that! We love taking long early morning walks along all the beaches, either towards Wailea or further down S. Kihei Rd to Cove Park and Kalama Park to watch all the surfers and stand up paddle boarders learning to catch the waves. Its all about relaxing and being on vacation here!

Kihei Akahi is in such a great location. Located directly across from beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II, one in a series of three great, safe, beach areas known as Kamaole Beach I, II, and III. There is so much going on in this area, such as fantastic, fun restaurants, unique shops and great souvenir shopping, best of all, all within walking distance from our condo. This South Kihei location is perfect for taking long beach walks along beautiful stretches of sandy shoreline. And, the sunsets are amazing!

Great location and convenient to everything.........especially, the beach! Our condo is located in a quiet location and has been recently updated. Located between two great pool areas on the property. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai while enjoying mountain views, peek-a-boo ocean views, and listening to the sounds of the island birds and catching the scents of plumeria and other tropical flowers in the air.

Nice, comfortable appartment
This condo was very nice. Very quiet, and kitchen was fully equipted. Bed was good for sleep and climate was fine - without using AC.
Nice and fast contact to the owner, so rental was easy and quick.
Location: close to the beach. Nice restaurants around (walking distance). We even walked to Kihei Caffee, which is around 25 minutes to walk.
Best vacation ever
This is a beautiful updated condo with literally everything there for you. This was our first time in this condo but our 7 trip to Maui by far the nicest accommodations we’ve had. Gorgeous kitchen and living area, well maintained grounds and landscaping. Management always available if you have questions. Restaurants and stores within walking distance and resonably priced. We will be back soon!
A wonderful condo with wonderful owners.
Ten years of renting at Akahi and this was the nicest condo yet. Recently redone, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and great shower. Owner Pat was wonderfully helpful when we had a minor glitch setting up the TV. Will definitely be going back to this one.

We are coming back!
We loved staying in this quiet but centrally located condo. The new owners were terrific to deal with! On the 4th floor, this lovely unit catches the tropical breezes but is removed from the elevator comings and goings. It was great to have our meals on the lanai, looking out towards the slopes of Haleakala, the lush gardens and the ocean. In the evenings we would make the two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Shops and restaurants are really close by. The entire condo, including the kitchen, was very well equipped with everything we needed, and I really appreciated the in suite laundry. All the beach chairs, coolers, etc, helped make this a wonderful vacation experience for us.

RENTAL COST CHANGE NOTICE: Until reservation is confirmed, rental costs, including rates, fees and taxes, are subject to change without notice. RESERVATION FEES: All reservations require a $115 cleaning fee, $15 guest registration fee and Hawaii State taxes of 14.417%.
