So close to the beach! Our new 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home, with fantastic Gulf Views from both levels of the home. We have just completed a full interior and exterior remodel of the home. Everything is new, including the Fantastic Coastal Chic furniture design. All 3 bedrooms have nice patios, and the Master Bedroom and Living room both have those Gulf Views that everyone will adore!
We feature out street private parking for 2 large vehicles. Inside, you'll find on the first floor, a large master suite, with King bed, nicely appointed master bath suite with separate tub and walk in shower, and dual vanity sinks. Walk right out the bedroom to a fantastic new gulf facing deck.
The second bedroom on the first level features another large room with queen bed and private bath. Another private large balcony off of this bedroom as well. This level also features a full sized laundry.
Leading up to the second level, you'll be amazed with the fantastic gulf views, from the "open concept" Living/dining/kitchen area. Off of that, another very large deck, perfect for enjoying those beach views!
The kitchen is very modern and well appointed. The living room also features a very nice, comfortable queen sofa sleeper.
The third bedroom is also on the second level, with private bath, and 2 twin beds, and another private balcony.
A great community pool is also available, less than a block away. Beach access is close by to hit the sand and water! Great dining choices on 30A which is a block away. Goatfeathers restaurant, and Buddy's for snacks, sandwichs, ice cream and bike rentals are a block away.

We have been residents of the Destin/30A Beach area since 2009. It was love at first site when we saw these white sand beaches and Emerald green gulf waters.
It's so easy to see why so many guests return year after year to our beaches!

Kevin was great to work with and replied quickly to every correspondance I sent him. The house was amazing! Beautifully decorated, great location and just felt like home. We spent much of our time in the house out on the upper deck taking in the views of the gulf. I was so pleased that the pool was heated since it was a very chilly spring break. The only thing I would suggest to anyone coming for a stay who will be doing a lot if cooking is to bring any essential cooking supplies. We could have used a few different items in the kitchen that were lacking, since we cooked 3 meals a day there. But that was really no big deal. We will definitely be back! Amazing property and owner.

We loved our stay here. Very clean with comfortable beds. Nice view of the Gulf from the back deck. The area was very safe and only a short walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic holiday in Santa Rosa Beach! The home we rented for the week was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the week, except food and laundry soap.
It has a small fenced yard for pets and the neighborhood was a great place to take walks.
A couple of restaurants, and bicycle rental/ice cream store, and the beach were within walking distance. We watched a glorious sunset on the beach daily. We road our bikes for miles to nearby resorts and shopping centers.
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip over.
The home was lovely - spacious, clean and comfortable and the people at VRBO were very nice and answered our questions clearly and promptly. Our only complaint was difficulty finding the beach access and once we did, the distance to the beach was further than expected - you literally had to walk out of the subdivision (this location is at the back of the subdivision) then right to the beach access. Since we had chairs, coolers and beach bags, we drove and parked - not a problem at the end of October during the slow season, but I could see that being a problem during the height of the season; you'd be hard pressed to find adequate parking. The twin mattresses in the bedroom on the second floor were extremely hard but other than that, it was exactly as advertised. My only suggestions: have printed instructions available at the location providing info about Wi-Fi access, beach access, and preparations for check-out. Yes, some of those things can be found on the website, but it would be easier for the renters to have it printed and available on-site. Again, it's a beautiful place and we would recommend it to others.
My dearest friends and I booked this property to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The beds were so comfortable. We had plenty of space to relax—both inside and outside. And the beach was wonderful!
Nice home. Parking was only convenient for one vehicle. The air did not work very well downstair. Sleeping at night was hot. The toilet in the master bath did not work well. We had to have someone come fix the wifi and we left a day early due to the storm. Also, I paid $147 over what I was quoted on my receipt I received by email while I was there.
We are so close to the beach, restuarants, shopping and golfing, but also tucked away in a nice quiet, private neighborhood
