The room was spacious and my kids loved the 2 twins in the extra room. The heated 2nd pool was perfect for the low temp nights.

The condo overall is okay. It really needs some maintenance. (Molding in bathrooms, doors to washer and dryer need replacing, ice maker not working, batteries in the remotes need to be changed. etc) would be nice to have more than two chairs on the deck. The carpet near the sliding door was wet all the time and we think there might be a leak under the door. Overall the stay was fine except for the storm.

Unit was nice but had to deal with several hassles.
This was a nice unit clean and great location. We did, however, experience a few problems. First the fitness room key was not in the unit, so we had to go to the real estate office to get one. Second, the real estate company decided to change the door lock on the unit in the middle of our stay which also changed the door code, so we returned from the beach unable to get in. Lucky for us, the locksmith was able to get us the new code! Apparently the real estate office e-mailed this to us sometime during our stay, but while on vacation I make it a point to NOT check my email. This could have been better handled by putting a note on the door for us to check our email about the new code. Third, our daughter and her husband came by for the afternoon . They live locally. When they returned to their car they had a warning ticket for parking in the parking lot. It would be helpful to have more than one parking pass. We enjoyed the unit, but the hassles we encountered will make me a little hesitant to stay there again.
Thank you for making us aware of the issues you experienced while staying with us. This is certainly not the sweet Southern experience we wish to provide our guests and will address with our teams so that we can do better in the future. We do hope we will see you back with us at the beach again soon!

New fresh smelling sheets that fit right needed. Very clean and simple to keep up. Great service, door code didn't work the first time. We called customer service no. They answered right away and changed code quickly! The beach is great, reserving an umbrella is good to do, you get a big discount if you pay for 3 days in a row!
