Our newly renovated 4BR 2BA bungalow is just blocks from Avondale’s trendy shops and restaurants, and only 2 miles from downtown Charleston. Enjoy the large screened in porch, 500 sqft master suite with walk-in closet and huge double-vanity bath.
Our cozy 1950's-built home has lots of charm yet enough room to stretch out. It is a 4BR, 2.0BA single level bungalow/ranch with a fenced-in back yard and plenty of parking. New master suite addition brings total square footage to ~1600. We are 15 minutes to Folly Beach, 20 minutes to Sullivan's Island, and <30 minutes to Isle of Palms.

Guests will have full access to the house, including the kitchen, screened-in porch, and fenced back yard plus fast WiFi. Please only park in the driveway (2-3 cars), or along the street directly in front of the home. Please do Not park on the lawn. Please respect our neighbors and do not park along the road in front of their homes or leave a significant portion of your car in the road blocking traffic.
**You must inquire about the spa, if interested. Spa is seasonally available. We need ample time to ensure it is in order prior to a stay.
We love our neighborhood! We are ~3 blocks away from the Avondale Point Shopping and Restaurant District, the epicenter of our community that has several great bars and restaurants as well as hair salons, a wine and cheese shop, clothing boutiques, a brewery, and other local businesses. We are also very close to the West Ashley Greenway which is an 8.25 mile hiking and biking trail.
There is a CARTA bus stop within a few hundred feet of our house, with easy access to downtown and the rest of the greater Charleston metro area. Our very walkable downtown is only 2 mi away, and by car Folly Beach is ~15 min, Sullivan's Island ~20 min, Isle of Palms ~30 min. You truly don't *need* a car, but we would recommend one to have a more complete experience.
