Located 2 blocks North from the beach access on Nightcap Street and less than a 1/2 mile from Seaside's town center, "Just Right" is just the right 3 bedroom vacation spot for you!

This one story ranch cottage is pet friendly with a fenced back yard, private grill, and extra parking available. As you enter, you will be greeted by an open living space with flat screen TV, serene decor, a dining space with seating for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy as many or as few meals in as you would like, and sliding glass doors that take you to a private screened porch with lounging space. Another doorway takes you out to the back patio with private grill and fenced back yard.

A kids bunk room is just off the living space and offers a bunk bed with a twin bed up top and double down below to sleep 3 comfortably. Down the hall is the queen master bedroom and queen guest room. Pack 'n Play available for babies and toddlers upon request. A master bath and guest bath with bath/shower combos complete this cottage and offer all the amenities to ensure you have a lovely stay at the beach.

This cottage is walking distance to the Publix Grocery Store (less than 1/2 mile)

About Oliver Robbins

My wife, two girls, and I have lived in this cozy home for 4 years. We love the location because of the easy access to Seaside restaurants and shops, the tennis courts and trails in Watercolor, and the easy stroll to Publix to buy our weekly groceries. Being so close to the Gulf at the end of our street makes for great afternoons on the beach to catch the sunsets. On the days we don't make it to the beach, we open the sliding glass doors and play in the large backyard.

Why Oliver Robbins chose Seagrove Beach

The walk to Seaside with my 18 month old and 3 year old girls is enjoyable as we pass under the live oak tree canopies in Old Seagrove and the brick paved roads of Seaside. It is nice to be able to walk to Seaside to catch a concert, movie, or lunch/dinner without the hassle of parking a car. The beach access at the end of our road is not crowded and the canopy trees make for a cool and shady walk to the Gulf.

A Great Stay at A Great Rate

Oliver made it so stress free and easy to book, find the property, understand all of the in's and out it was if we went to our own house for vacation. Comfortable, well equipped, clean and relaxing home. Short walk to the beach and even faster on a bike. We wanted for nothing. Thanks Oliver! We'll be back soon.

Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for us

My 2 kids, 2 dogs, and I loved our visit to this property! We came for a week at Christmas. The location is perfect, just tucked away, but a wonderful, quick walk to the beach. We rode our bikes everywhere... to the store, to Seaside, to the great trails hidden in the forest. The backyard was perfect for the furbabies, and my morning coffee on the screened-in porch was a wonderful, peaceful time for me. Would definitely stay there again!

Our beach home is two blocks from a public beach access and a short walk from the famous, Seaside neighborhood. The advantage of our location is that you have a large property and can easily walk into Seaside to enjoy with restaurants, shopping, bars, tennis, playground, and much more without having to worry about parking. Our home feels like a beach home. There are large live oak trees and magnolias providing shade on the quick walk to the gulf.,Our beach home is located very close to the Gulf with a public beach access at the end of our road. The famous neighborhood, Seaside, is less than half a mile away. Seaside has many fun shops, restaurants, bars, movies, concerts, playground, tennis courts, etc. The benefit of our beach home is that you can easily walk into Seaside, have tons of fun, and not have to worry about parking.
