THE LOCATION

With a location in one of the city’s top well established neighborhoods, this West Seattle rental puts you minutes away from local parks, restaurants, shops, and major tourist sights. Also, located 1 block from West Seattle Junction.

In the immediate neighborhood, you will find numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, delis, sandwich shops, pets supplies, music haunts, boutiques, antiques, and a post office—all just a 5-minute walk away.

The cuisine scene offers Italian, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, and classic American fare options. (Be sure to book a table at renowned West 5.)

And it’s a cinch to hop a bus to downtown Seattle—just 10 minutes away—to flit between designer stores, theaters, and upscale dining. Spend the morning exploring Seattle Art Museum, then head to the top of Space Needle, a 605-foot-tall spire with an observation deck and rotating restaurant.

On warm summer days, only 4 miles to the sandy Alki Beach. Take a morning stroll along the 2.5 mile-long walkway, play volleyball, hire kayaks, or laze on the sand and soak up views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

After parking on the street, follow a short path and enter the house through the left of 2 red doors.

Off the tiled entryway, there’s a bright bedroom with hardwood floors and a queen-size bed. Sliding glass doors open out to a fenced-in front patio with a gas grill and table seating for 3.

This same floor also has the powder room.

Head up to the 2nd floor to find a half bath at the top of the stairs. Steps away, a full kitchen is stylishly outfitted with hardwood floors, black granite countertops, and a GE gas range.

When you’re ready to dish up dinner, gather around a wood dining table with 6 cushioned brown chairs.

Later, hang out in the living area with a love seat, sofa, and 46" flat-screen TV with cable. A log-effect gas fireplace keeps this room feeling extra snug on chilly Seattle days.

On the 3rd floor, you’ll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer unit.

The serene 3rd bedroom is also on this floor, offering a queen-size bed set amid contemporary decor and artwork.

Next door, you can get washed and ready for the day in a shared bathroom with a double-sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

A king-size bed awaits in the master bedroom, which also comes with access to a private balcony with a table that seats 2.

                                        Everything we needed was there. Better equipped kitchen utensils for cooking - better than most places. Very Clean. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in West Seattle.

                                        This was a great place! Quiet neighborhood the house was perfect for 6 of us. It is a 3 story home Close to grocery stores and only about 10-15 min drive to pike place market and other attractions.

                                        We wish there was a little more couch space but overall it was great. The couch shown is not what is in the home. There is currently a sectional.

                                        Parking was a little tough as it is street parking, but still not the end of the world.

                                        We would definitely stay here again!

                                        The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was well-equipped for both cooking and eating, the beds were very comfortable, the living area for conversation for the 6 of us was welcoming and large enough, and the location -- 5 minutes' walk to West Seattle's Junction with restaurants, bars, bakeries, boutiques, groceries, etc., and the express bus to downtown Seattle was superb.

                                        We stayed at this location as a Christmas vacation. It served as a center of activity for my extended family. It had a nice kitchen, where we made cookies and several dinners. The dining room table was decent sized. At one meal we ended up with 9 people - 6 of the house chairs and three we brought. There was enough room for us to set up a Christmas tree and host a family Christmas. I found it a big plus that the house had a laundry facility. I was happy with the Turnkey property management. The house uses a long key code for entry instead of a key which may make a difference to some people. The property was clean and the level of communication on check-in and check-out procedures was good. We had a smoke alarm start chirping during the stay and we were able to get someone to come and replace the battery fairly quickly. I grew up in West Seattle which made it a great location. We walked into the Junction for Starbucks, to purchase groceries, go to a drug store, poke around in shops, and find places to eat. Foodies should look at Ma'ono and Mashiko (which are well documented on foodie sites), but also look for Dumplings of Fury, Husky Delicatessen, and Bakery Nouveau. I would want anyone looking at this property to be aware of the amount of stairs. It is a three story town home which challenged the knees of our oldest generation. Also, parking can be challenging. We were always able to find parking, but it was sometimes a block or two away.

                                        We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this home and had a fantastic time. The house was lovely, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We cooked a complete turkey dinner in the big kitchen. We walked to the Junction area just 2 blocks away for lunch and shopping, drove to the mountains and into Seattle center for the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum. It was a perfect location for us, just a mile from my daughter's little apartment and a quick drive to anything we wanted to do. We had a truly wonderful time and would gladly stay here again.
