This lovely townhouse is located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons (Cottonwood Heights), near the ski shuttle and grocery store. The ski shuttle is free if you purchase the discount lift tickets (Super Pass). They are good at Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. They save from $10 to $20 per day per person, depending on which resort they are used at. This is a good central location for skiing the four local resorts and offers conveniences and rates not found at the resorts. It is seven and eight miles from this location to Snowbird and Alta and 10 and 12 miles to Solitude and Brighton.
Why be tied to one resort, when you can experience them all from a central location at a rate that is one-third to one-half of what it would cost at the resort. You can enjoy Utah's best skiing at budget rates and have all the services and conveniences of the suburbs and easy freeway access to downtown Salt Lake City.

Awesome ski house
Stayed here when skiing 3 days at Snowbird and had a great experience. House was clean and had ample space. Hot tub was well maintained and ready to go. House is 5 min walk to grocery store and 10 minute walk to ski bus stop. 5 minute Uber ride to the Hog Wallow and Porcupine Pub. Thanks for a great stay!!!
Great place for a skiing get away.
Hot tub after a day of skiing was amazing. We all appreciated the fireplace as well. This place is close to the mountains and worked perfect for our group.
Good ski rental, shouldn't be listed as accessible though.
Overall, it's a good ski rental close to both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. One of the people in our party used a wheelchair and I can't reccomend it as accessible. It simply fails every accessibility test and shouldn't be advertised or recommended as such. In their defense, the management willing provided us measurements for wheelchair use but some places just don't meet the basic requirements. For the typical ski group it's very nice, well stocked, sleeps a large crew with comfort, is well maintained and is close to many ski areas and public transportation to them. Full disclosure, we are in the business of accessible vacation rental and expect alot when the wheelchair symbol is displayed in advertising.
We five Skiers found this Duplex large, well stocked, convenient and comfortable. There is plenty of space. Only a half block to the road to Alta / Snowbird and a 1-2 minute drive to the road up Big Cottonwood Canyon to Brighton and solitude. A very nice 8 person Jacuzzi that is maintained daily. Smith's Grocery store is a 3 minute walk away. I would definitely return.
