The villa is 220 square meters, elegant in its refinement, is spread over 3 floors:
On the ground floor, the living room with sofas and tables and chairs, unique pieces of art reflect the taste of the owner, an art dealer from nearby Pietrasanta which led to his feelings inside the house. A beautiful kitchen suitable for cooking Tuscan recipe and bathroom are on the same floor and then up to the upper floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom with very special mural that gives character to the room. A large bathroom and another service bathroom are available to guests. The fourth bedroom( usually is closed, please ask about it if you are more then 6 people) is reached from the outside to ensure privacy and relax and where there is also another bathroom and laundry area.

The owner live in the estate in a little dependance The owner is very discreet and he will leave your privacy. He maintenance pool and garden.
Often he works out. Entrance gate is in shared. Car is necessary for reach shops and restaurant.
Last part of the street is unpaved and uphill: the house is located in a beautiful location on the hill. The view is great but you have 600 meters of a climb with some curves. When done for the first time you will get used to it right away without any problems!
