About Vacasa of the Central California Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

If you like noisy upstairs neighbors, this is the place for you. They had a party every afternoon that went until 930pm. Loud music. Stomping across the floors. Took over the patio. Coffee maker didnt work. No heat. Despite 3 calls to VRBO and promises someone would be in touch, no one did. Every morning the upstairs people argued. For 3 hours. I'm not exaggerating. I could give you details. I felt sorry for the kid who got yelled at until he cried. Guess the adults wake up hateful. I left 3 days early.
The central coast is changing. Influx of people from San Fran and LA who unfortunately bring their entitled lifestyles with them rather than adapt to the unpretentious laid back culture of Central Coast. Sad sad sad
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Linda. We sincerely apologize for the noise caused by upstairs guests, and if our responsiveness to these issues failed to meet your expectations. We encourage guests to reach out to our property management team directly via the contact information provided in check-in instructions, should any assistance be needed. We do appreciate your allowing us to arrange an equitable resolution to the matter at hand. In addition, we are happy to report that the coffee maker has been replaced, and space heaters are now available. We sincerely hope for the opportunity to provide you with a truly special vacation in the future!
Location is key!
Easy access and location of this beach house really made our stay fun and exciting! We had a beautiful view along with short 5 minute drives in any direction for beautiful beaches and small-town atmosphere for shops and restaurants! We will be back this summer for sure🤙🏽👌🏽
It was ok. We weren’t overly impressed but it worked.
Disappointed in the unit. Wasn’t oceanfront. It is across the street from beach access
Bedroom blinds missing 3 slays. Compromise privacy from upstairs tenants using patio outside bedroom window
Shower stall is very small and grubby. Should be updated
Flooring is stained.
Bar stools for makeshift eating area are stained and wobbly
Kitchen utensils look like that came from thrift store. Poor quality and not very clean. No dishwasher
TV is small
Bed and bedding was quite good.
Leather love seat and chairs were comfortable
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review with us - we really do appreciate it! The blind slats have been replaced, the kitchen utensils have been replaced, we have tightened the bar stools, and we are doing our most thorough cleanings on the floor and shower. Thank you!
Cute little beach house
Great location - right across the street from beach access. You can hear the waves from the home.
Idahoans loved our stay
The location was great! everything was handy ! the only problem we experienced was when people rented the upper floor it was pretty noisy, however when we mentioned it the women that rented upstairs they were more careful ! Clean and nice except for kitchen floor sticky! The price was nice and we would stay there again maybe upstairs!
The location is fabulous: just 100 ft from the beach and an easy drive to both Cayucas and Morro Bay. Your stay will depend on how quiet the upstairs neighbors are. The tv is small for the size of the room and the kitchen knives and utensils are barely acceptable. Christine, the operations manager, was attentive and effective when we needed her.
