Recently renovated! New bathrooms and kitchen. A fantastic location at the entrance to Cap D'Antibes between Juan Les Pins and Antibes, in a private gated residence which has its own swimming pool. The apartment has a 2 terraces - one which also has a little garden. They are in the shade at different times of the day. The kitchen terrace is big enough to seat a large table. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful and exclusive holiday locations in Europe.

Wonderful holidays in Antibes

We did stay in the apartment for the second time and had a wonderful week.

Everything is in and around the apartment and it's quiet to stay there. Our daughter loves the little garden. Two terraces so that you can be in the shadow each time of the day. Beach is very near and you can easily walk to the beach. The swimming pool is very nice and is not busy. We love the walk to old Antibes and Juan les Pins and also visited other places like Vence, Valbonne, Goudon...

We're already looking forward to next summer and hope te come back!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week's stay in this apartment which is perfectly located between Antibes and Juan les Pins so you really get the best of both.

The apartment is spacious and well kept and has everything you need including beach towels and umbrellas. It also has both a terrace overlooking a secluded garden and its own garden at the front so you can enjoy the sun all day.

The housekeeper and her husband are close by and very friendly and helpful.

We tried quite a few of the beaches both public and private but loved the laid back atmosphere of Antibes public beach best. There are also loads of restaurants within walking distance so you are really spoilt for choice. A favourite was L'Arazur which is in the old town. Very close to Michelin standards but without the price.

We can thoroughly recommend.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The condo has everything you can need, including beach equipment. The kitchen is remodeled and lovely. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We drove into old town Antibes - it was a 10 minute drive and parking was easy. I think the walk would have been about 20 minutes. There is a lovely roundabout very close that has a bakery, small grocery store and sundry store. My kids loved the pool at the complex. We also enjoyed Juan Le Pines - fun beachfront restaurants and stores.

Lovely apartment great location

Lovely apartment, comes with everything that's needed.

Location is ideally place on edge of both Juan les Pins and Antibes. 10 mins walk to centre of either.

Lovely beaches a few short minutes away along with shops and a lovely bread shop / cafe.

Bus stops right outside complex, short trip down to the Cap.

Not far from Juan les Pinstrain station for trips along the coast.

A lovely holiday home in an unbeatable location at the entrance to Cap D'Antibes, between Juan Les Pins and Antibes, in a private residence with a swimming pool. There is a designated parking space available.

The apartment is within walking distance to all amenities. A beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes’ walk away - Salis Plage - with water sports and boat rentals. The Salis Plage is one of the two main public beaches in Antibes. Its beautiful sand is scrupulously cleaned every day at dawn which makes it extremely popular with families and, because of its breakwaters, very safe. Two great sailing schools are located there,- Yacht Club d'Antibes and Club Nautique D'Antibes which also rent out / provide courses for windsurfing & kayaking, scuba diving as well as sailing. Its also easily possible to walk to the beaches in Juan.

The local shops (boulangerie, tabac and a well stocked grocery) are also just a few minutes walk away, providing all you need for self catering holiday.

The beautiful and exclusive Cap d'Antibes is well recognized as an area of outstanding natural beauty and the apartment is ideally located for exploring it on foot. We like to walk the famous 'Smugglers Path' around the Cap, and to scout out the numerous coves including Millionaires' Bay. If you like to run, running around the cap from the apartment in the early morning is fantastic. It's also a short walk to the Chapelle de la Garoupe and the picturesque Garoupe lighthouse, located on high ground with stunning panoramic views . As you make your way back down, the Thuret botanical gardens are also well worth a visit.

One of our favourite walks from the apartment is a 10 minute stroll along the sea front and through the ramparts (stop off for a game of boules/petanque on the way....) into picturesque centre of old Antibes, which offers much to see, do and buy with its ancient narrow streets and tumble of shops, top class restaurants and boutiques. Buy local fruits, vegetables and traditional produce from the Provencal market in Antibes, or just delight in the colours and aromas of the market. Visit the museums (Picasso, Peynet), or walk around the ancient ramparts overlooking the bay. If that’s not enough, wander through Port Vauban which moors some of the world's most magnificent yachts.

A 5 -10 minute walk in the other direction takes you to Juan les Pins with its famous beaches and night life, with something for everyone from toddlers to teenagers! In high season carousels, dodgems, trampolining and go-carts remain open late into the evening for the children of all ages. In July and August, Juan les Pins is full of energy around the clock with numerous night clubs, live music and firework festivals.

Antibes itself is located between Nice and Cannes (a 20 minute drive in each direction). Just outside Antibes towards Nice are amusement parks for families (Marineland, Acquasplash) which make for action packed family day trips. Slightly further afield is Monte Carlo (a 40 minutes drive or train trip) if you fancy your luck at the famous casino - or wish to visit the fabulous Oceanographic Museum in Monaco, famed for its connections with Jacques Cousteau. Or, within half an hour’s drive you can access the foothills of the Alps Maritimes, or the Alps de Haute Provence, with the stunning scenery:- gorges, lakes, fast flowing rivers, forests. We recommend taking a short drive into the nearby hills to explore and dine in one of the many charming medieval hilltop 'perched' villages, such as Mougins, Biot, Grasse, Gourdon, and Saint Paul de Vence. Visit the stalactites and stalagmites in the caves of St Cezaire just outside Grasse. For the more adventurous a day trip to the immense and magnificent canyon of Verdun (rafting, canyoning, abseiling....) is also perfectly possible.
