The owner is a long-time illustrator and designer, so, the house is brimming with interesting art, artifacts and art books. The owner lives in the guest house on the property and is always available for advice and consultation.
There are several restaurants, cafes and breweries in the neighborhood and we are walking distance from the hot Division Street Neighborhood.
