Being an avid golfer Vilamoura ticked all the boxes. It is a golfer’s paradise mixed with the exciting and vibrant nightlife and the very clean and safe environment. We purchased the property newly built and adapted it for our own taste. It is furnished to a very high standard with modern contemporary furniture and design. The villa is equipped with 42” 3D television with satellite TV and BluRay DVD player and Wii games console to keep the children happy. The communal swimming pool is a 10 meter walk from the villa patio. The development is quite small with approximately 16 properties surrounding the beautiful gardens and pool area. It is also a gated complex with remote control access that makes it a very safe environment for children.

We had a great stay at the villa it was beautiful. Lovely area. The only thing was we couldn't get the wifi to work. Would definitely recommend it and will come back
Large, spacious, modern house - will be back next year!
I stayed here with my husband, 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and our friends (2 adults and a 6 year old). We were very impressed with the size of the apartment - plenty of room for 2 families to stay without feeling cramped. It was like living in separate houses with us sleeping upstairs and them downstairs!
We made great use of the BBQ most evenings and the outdoor seating areas. Was great with having small children we could put to bed and the adults still get to enjoy their evening. Us “Mums” even kept on top of the washing every couple days and went home with very little, bonus!!
A great modern house, exactly like the photos. Easy to find when driving from Faro airport, and the Management Company were always super helpful too.
We had a fantastic 10 days away, nobody wanted to leave. Everyone is already looking forward to going again next year!

We were a group of 4 ladies. The property itself is spotlessly clean, spacious and has plenty of storage spaced well equipped.
We wasn't made aware we couldn't access the patio doors from outside when pushed closed or that the electricity trips if you try and use the oven when the air con is on.
2 lounges with TV's, there are 4 bedrooms all have single beds so great for groups of friends. Quilts would be better as doubles - There are 3 bathrooms all very clean.
Sun loungers were lovely and lightweight so you could carry to the pool and back
Feed back is that the house is Almost perfect but could do with a dish cloth, dishwasher tablet to start us off and black sack for rubbish! The toaster could do with replacing!
The pool is quite deep and although a small spot for children is in the middle of the pool so watch your children closely. Nothing else for children to do that I noticed although some villas have games rooms.
Had a fab stay none the less taxi was 10 euros to the marina and 10 mins away and Albufeirea old town around 25 mins away and 30 euros in the taxi.
A spar is around 10 mins walk to get all the provisions required and a quaint cafe for a nice coffee and cake.
Quiet location but in reasonable walking distance of town centre and beach

The quoted price includes a meet and greet service from our local management company who will also be available to help during your stay. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk and preserves can be provided at an additional cost. Baby's cot is available for rent at a cost of 25 Euro per week. A £300 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded 7 days after check out subject to any damages.
