Coriander Beach House is a stunning architect designed English Beach House 75 metres from the beach on the quiet and historic Angmering-on-Sea private seaside estate. An hour and a half from London, it is definitely a perfect relaxing retreat for a weekend or week away from it all with family, extended family or friends.

The house has been beautifully refurbished in classic English beach style, with marble and porcelain floors, white walls and a cool modern seaside atmosphere. It is fully equipped for up to 12 people including children, with beach games & films. I

This home possesses a huge kitchen/breakfast room with 5 metre bi-fold doors onto the horizon level deck. There are five double bedrooms, plus a twin room. Outside there is a large garden with a sheltered 'beach effect' sunbathing area and sun loungers. Everything that you need for the perfect break.

Coriander Beach House is perfect for up to twelve people in complete and luxurious comfort. It is finished to an extremely high standard with furniture & furnishings to match and has a whole of house healthy ventilation system for allergy sufferers.

The huge kitchen/dining room with part vaulted ceiling has twin oak and glass tables with retro Eames chairs. Through the 'hidden' sliding door in the kitchen is alternative access into the large and comfortable lounge decorated in classical beach style also overlooking the deck and back garden. The master bedroom with super king size bed has a bath in situ and en-suite, a vaulted oak ceiling and 6 electrically operated velux windows. The guest suite with king size bed and en-suite has stunning sea views. There is also a downstairs bedroom for guests with reduced mobility.

In addition there is a relaxing upstairs sun room with sea views. This house is a haven in West Sussex.....

Underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs make the house a perfect Winter get-away, so it works for our guests whatever the season.

Whole of house healthy central extract ventilation system puts all incoming air through a virus level filter to ensure a good supply of fresh air. The outgoing air from the wet rooms heats the incoming air (99% efficient heat exchange).

Stunning property!

We were a party of 10 (6 adults & 4 children) staying here for my parents Golden Wedding celebrations. We wanted somewhere where we could spend a weekend on the beach or chilling out at the house inside or out and this location was ideal. I booked the house as a surprise for the rest of the family, hoping to 'wow' them with its sophistication, and it certainly achieved that!

We were met by the lovely house manager who gave us an informative guided tour around the property. We found the house was clean, very spacious and well appointed. Nobody was disappointed with their choice of bedroom, they were all so lovely, with comfy beds and bedding. The vast kitchen/diner is stunning, and a great place to enjoy a meal at any time of day, it's so light and airy.

We had great weather on our side so we frequently visited the very quiet beach just a few steps away with lovely warm shallow water to paddle in!

Back at the house, we played in the large garden, made use of the barbecue, shared meals around the huge tables indoors and out and made good use of the garden lounge furniture.

Coriander is on a charming private estate with an eclectic mix of homes, it if I could choose any to stay in again, it would definitely be this one!

A lovely property with ample space. Chris and his team allowed us to have a fantastic relaxing weekend. The house is fitted out to an amazing standard and the one issue we had was sorted quickly and easily.

Our stay at the Coriander was 5 star all the way. The most luxurious beds and bedding, modern, very functional kitchen, lots of bathrooms, fabulous dining area, seating in the lovely garden all conducive to a fantastic weekend with friends. The house is 5 minutes from one of the most stunning beaches I've ever seen. The pub near the house and beach serves the very best food.

Chris the owner was so helpful with any queries we had. We will definitely be returning. An absolute gem of a house.

Coriander Beach House

We (eleven of us) had a wonderful stay at Coriander Beach House this September. Booking was simple and it came with lots of information prior to our stay. The place was exactly as described and we met the owner, Chris who showed us around and was very helpful.

The house is large, modern, clean and has its fair share of gadgets. We were a family of three generations and there was more than enough to satisfy all of our needs for two days. As it happened, the weather was great and we spent much time on the beach (just yards away) and the garden.

The attraction to us was the location and that the house was large, clean and fully equiped. The owner provided excellent customer service although the agent (HomeAway) less so. We would happily go again and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic beach house with everything!!

We hired Coriander Beach House for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with the children and grandchildren. The house is superb and we didn't want for anything, its so well equipped and luxurious. The owner Chris was very accommodating to our every request and is a really nice guy to do business with. The beds were so comfortable and the garden a delight for the kids, not to mention the amazing kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden, where we spent a lot of time. Chris also recommended good places to eat nearby, which were very impressive. The beach is so close by, we didn't want for anything. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others,.

It has extremely spacious entertaining areas both inside and out with private back garden and front walled patio area.

A whole of house healthy ventilation system is installed to help those with allergies. All rooms are underfloor heated making it a perfect place for a winter family gathering as well.

The location for a truly quintessential English holiday/seaside break.

To the front of the property there is car parking for up to 4 cars.

Rear deck with seating and sun loungers full stretch of house.
