The old mesquite gates at the entrance of Casa Santa Barbara let you know you’ve arrived. From there, head through the private courtyard, complete with fountain, citrus trees, heater, and a BBQ—the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or al fresco dinners.
A terrace on the view side of the property—accessed through the living area—offers a stone fire pit and an incredible vantage point of the mountains and city.

Inside, the open-concept living space exudes adobe charm - with a hooded gas fireplace, beamed ceilings, cool tile floors and a sectional with plenty of soft blankets and pillows for curling up by the fire. Sliding doors lead to the terrace and open wide for indoor/outdoor living.
Sharing this open space is the full kitchen, beautifully appointed with a Viking gas range, dishwasher, and other professional-grade appliances fit for even the most discriminating cook.
This home is all on one level. Two bedrooms include the king-size master with an en-suite bath, and the queen-size second bedroom. The master has its own en-suite bath with a huge, glass-enclosed walk-in shower. A second bath, located near the living area, has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs.
Additional amenities include satellite TV (on all three TVs), free internet access, central heat and off-street parking.
Even though you’re elevated high above the city—with the views to prove it—it’s easy as pie to get here. Drive just 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and 15 minutes to the sands of Leadbetter Beach and iconic Stearns Wharf.
