The Marine Surf in Waikiki is conveniently and centrally located in the heart of Waikiki with a restaurant and bar conveniently located in the building. On top of that, you are literally 5 minutes away from a plethora of entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and so much more! We know parking in Waikiki can be very hectic and sometimes very expensive but never worry about parking again with our FREE dedicated covered spot that has direct access to the building elevators. 2 Full size bed in the bedroom and 1 Premium Queen Size Aerobed can potentially sleep up to around 6 people. We provide you with bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach chairs, assorted beach toys, soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and extra linens. The unit is also conveniently located next to the laundry room Tired of eating out? Feel free to cook your own gourmet meals in our full kitchen with Oven!

Aloha Kakou,

I'm Loren and I am a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker and I am the broker-in-charge and partner of Graham Properties Inc., a family-owned real estate firm.

In my role, I manage new agents and oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising and promotion.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I earned my real estate license in 2005. Before that, I lived in Japan where I taught English and surfed.

With the rapidly expanding international buyers/sellers, I have been invited abroad multiple times do give educational seminars on Hawaii's real estate buying and selling process. Being born and raised in Hawaii and having lived in Japan for a short while, I have identified the need to bridge the cultural gap that can lead to miscommunication, misconceptions, and hardships. In order to help bridge this gap, I have implemented the "after care" program which gives support to new residents to help them adjust to Hawaii life.

I volunteer with Na Kama Kai, teaching children water safety, surfing and ocean environmental awareness.

Perfect location!

This spacious condo is in the perfect location in downtown Waikiki. It is within walking distance to everything you could want; restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo is in a secure building, but is older and definitely could have been cleaner upon our arrival, but the positives way outweigh the negatives. I would definitely return to this condo if I ever find myself back in the area.

Unit was filthy it doesn’t even deserve a star

Dirty dishes and broken dryer also the unit was dirty. Nothing like the advertisement. For the money we paid, we got ripped off. That won’t happen again.

Great location

This place was nice and I enjoyed the extra space and the 2 bathrooms and all the sleeping arrangements possible. Though just know there is a decent amount of noise from down below from the bar and music joint just too the north west I believe. Also stains on the carpet and small cockroaches in the kitchen. So just put all your food in the fridge. The property manager was very helpful and had tons of info for each of my questions which was super great! The parking was great and the balcony was fun. We enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed plus more.

Good location, large kitchen

The location of the hostel is good, there are two toilets and the kitchen is also large, so it was good for five people in our family. When I contacted, Loren was right to reply. I have been happy there.

Great place, great location, free parking

Loren's place was great! Located in the middle of Waikiki and close to the beach, we were able to walk to everything close by. This was great because we were able to keep our car parked in the garage and not have to deal with looking for street parking (which was really hard to find). Really easy to check in and out. Overall good place to stay.
