A Beautiful Modern Villa With Designer Interior And Large Pool
Gocek, known throughout Turkey for its fabulous yachts harbouring the rich and famous, now has its first truly glamorous bespoke villa. The house may be snuggled away in the peaceful rural mountainside but is just a short 15 minute walk to the bustle of Gocek itself.
Villa Artemis is a gorgeous, elegant home with unique handmade furniture including two four poster beds. We have sourced gorgeous fabrics from Osbourne and Little and Designer Guild and collected some lovely pictures and object d’art. Marble, and natural materials are evident throughout the villa from the handmade beds to the travertine floors.
Outside the villa there is an impressive 10 metre pool with plenty of terraces to sunbathe. We know how important it is to find a peaceful spot away from the games at the poolside and so we have also created a huge day bed in a separate garden.
The villa has many special features making it - we think - one of the best equipped holiday homes on the Turquoise coast.

A Perfect Family villa
Villa Artemis situated in a rural hamlet just outside the holiday resort town of Gocek is one of those rare finds, somewhere that lives up to expectations.
So often an owner exaggerates the facilities on offer, but this villa was wonderful and exactly as described.
Ideal for hosting groups up to 8 in great comfort, the villa boasts every amenity you could wish for and its not full of cheap Ikea furniture.
If that were not enough the owners go the extra mile by leaving a splendid hamper of goodies welcoming the newly arrived party, and every morning a loaf of locally baked fresh bread is delivered to the front door in time for breakfast.
The daily maid service ensured the villa was always spotlessly clean, beds made etc as you would expect in a hotel. Perhaps the best feature of all was the local English speaking owners' representative who was always ready to visit or respond to a phone call. She not only offered recommendations for things to do and see but was happy to make phone calls to arrange things, sort out any problems, book restaurants etc. - a total gem.
We cannot recommend this villa enough, though perhaps we shouldn’t as next time we want to stay it might not be available!
Better than I expected 💕
Perfect , well taken cared of it
Stunning, spacious, superbly-maintained villa
We had a week of superb weather - mid-20s - ideal for a school half-term break.
An empty flight out on a Saturday afternoon, an empty Dalaman airport on arrival and a short 20-minute taxi ride to the villa, made this just about easiest and most pleasant journey to a holiday destination we have ever had. The week continued in a similar vein.
The photo does not do the villa justice, would you believe - it is now surrounded by an abundance of colourful shrubs and flowers.
Inside, it is simply stunning: spacious, light, exceptionally clean, with every mod-con one would want, as well as complimentary beer and wine in the fridge (plus other essentials).
The villa is very well located in a quiet part of the town , which feels authentic Turkey, but an easy walk to the impressive harbour area, where the wide selection of restaurants and local shops (selling just about everything) can be found. (The two 17-year-old boys in the party particularly liked the 'Kebab Hospital'!).
On arrival we were met by the rep (Canan), who couldn't have been more helpful in explaining how everything in the villa worked, and what to do and see while on holiday. She also booked the trips for us and was always available on her mobile if we needed any help or advice.
The villa was cleaned and tidied every day (perfect when you have teenagers with you), and fresh bread was delivered every morning.
A boat trip around the islands is a must, and so is a trip to the local turkish bath ( Canan arranged a taxi to & fro at no extra cost).
All in all, a perfect place to find some autumn/early winter sunshine. We couldn't recommend it more highly.
Cox Family Vacation
We arrived at this superb villa towards the end of September to the sun drenched location in the high 20's .
The spacious villa has everything at hand for a family of 6-8 people, it is very clean and luxuriously appointed .
Every morning the pool man arrives early to clean the pool and its surrounding area plus he keeps the shaded gardens all tidy and watered. A complimentary fresh loaf is delivered around about 8am every morning to start another relaxing day. The pool area is fantastic and has the sun on it till late in the afternoon, very relaxing!. During the morning the maid arrives to clean all the rooms and is so pleasant to everyone .The owners have thought of everything , and if there is a problem it is solved in a very short time. Customer service was second to none !
A visit to Gocek village is a must, down by the harbour are numerous cafe's and restaurants overlooking various gullet's and some magnificent yachts and cruisers ,this place reminds me of either Dartmouth or Salcombe for the number of boats .
We took a day trip on a gullet which was fantastic to tour round the gorgeous coastline stopping off to swim in the cool clear waters , have a barbeque lunch and a relaxing few zzzz's in the afternoon .
The area is not over commercialised and still has a rustic charm .
We were there for a week and only wished we had booked two and would fully recommend 'Villa Artemis' to anyone whose looking for a really good holiday location, its the place to be !!!
You won't find better than this!
All the recent fuss about Turkey and its suitability as a holiday destination is complete nonsense! We have just spent the most glorious week at Villa Artemis and have never felt safer! The Turkish people are so friendly, so obliging and so eager to please. From the moment we set foot on Turkish soil we received the most helpful and courteous service, from our wonderful taxi driver, the amazing staff who look after the villa, the restaurateurs and shopkeepers. The villa itself is simply stunning, it is beautifully appointed, immaculately maintained and has everything you could possibly need. The delightful lady who manages the villa provides such good advice on places to go and things to see; and she booked everything on our behalf.
One thing is for sure, you will want to make a return visit.
We had the most amazing and spoiling week at Villa Artemis. The villa is gorgeous - so peaceful, spacious, light and clean with wonderful furnishings. Outside is very pretty too, the pool area great and the enormous day bed a lovely retreat!
It is only a twenty minute drive from the airport. We were arriving in the wee small hours so arranged a transfer to pick us up. We arrived to find the villa all lit up, the air-con on and drink, nibbles and fruit all waiting for us all of which was so welcoming.
Canan, the rep, who keeps an eye on everything was a star and a mine of information and suggestions for what we might like to do and how to go about it. The villa is beautifully maintained, cleaned every day and fresh bread delivered every morning - bliss. A local cook can be organised to rustle you up a lovely lunch or supper.
We did hire a car the following day for the week (brought direct to the villa) but you really don't need to as the taxi firms are all very quick and efficient. It's about a five minute drive into Gocek and the beautiful harbour, lovely restaurants, shops etc. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the people very welcoming and friendly.
We had amazing days out on a boat in stunning clear turquoise waters, swam with sea turtles, went parasailing and at the end of our stay spent two nights on a boat sleeping under the stars.
We honestly couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more and would hugely recommend it.
Gocek, just a 20 minute drive from Dalaman airport, is a very special place. The setting is so beautiful it has been designated a national park and is jealously protected by Turkish people. Nestling at the foot of the majestic pine covered mountains this lovely coastal village is largely car free with landscaped promenades and a host of exotic trees. Gocek is perfectly placed to visit the 12 islands lying off its shores; each tiny island has its own personality, some with ancient ruins to explore, others with sleepy restaurants but all set in breathtaking surroundings of warm crystal clear seas and secluded coves.
