Very good value for a great location
Location is walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Cost of stay was affordable. Things I liked most:
3. Unit was clean and had a great view.
4. The minimart or nearby ABC store carried all items we needed, from food, to laundry detergent.
5. Parking was always easy.
6. On-site laundry. This particular room was near the laundry room and garbage chute -- very convenient.
7. Property manager was very courteous, informative, and easy to talk to.
Things that could have been better / Things that made me frown (a little).
1. I couldn't figure out how to drain the left sink...
2. The building's elevators are on the slow side, it would be nice if they were faster.
3. Minimart charges you extra if you exchange cash for quarters, I suggest bringing your own quarters for laundry.
4. The couch's pull-out bed is not level.
Overall, my stay was great! When I return to Hawaii, I would be happy to re-rent this unit or one just like it.

Home away from home
This unit has everything you need for a home away from home experience while in paradise. The full kitchen had all the appliances and dishes to make yourself at home. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen window and the coin operated washer and dryer are located just outside the door. I was there for over 5 weeks and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Located one block from the beach and one block from Kapiolani Park. Banyan Breeze Coffee Shop, convenience store, ATM machine, sauna, snack shop on the recreation deck are all located on the property.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 60 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 60 days before your check in date you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to rerent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not rerented, your monies paid will be forfeited.
