This apartment of 75 square meters, 2 bedrooms, is located on rue de Palestro in the 2nd district, the 1st French floor of a 19th century building and it sleeps 4 people.

This apartment is equipped with: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cable, TV, unlimited high speed internet access with the wifi, decorative fireplace. Also provided: sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils

You can see the beautiful garden, which is very rare in Paris.

The 19th century building is equipped with: elevator, intercom, guard.

Montorgueil, a pedestrian area to enjoy the excitement of Paris, away from cars and close to the great monuments, the Montorgueil district is an excellent choice. A very lively area of ​​Paris less known than the surrounding areas. However, it is one of the busiest in the capital. On Rue Etienne Marcel, curiosity takes you to the Tower of John the Fearless, one of the last vestiges of the Middle Ages in Paris. The tower is built on the ramparts of Philip II Augustus and was part of the Hotel Dukes of Burgundy. Rue Saint-Denis is a symbol of Paris. He was known as the red light district for many years but is now being processed, and traditional stores are emerging. Learning to Montorgueil Montorgueil is a very lively and has a particularly good service metro line 4 races at Les Halles, Etienne Marcel and Réaumur Sevastopol, where it crosses the line 3, which also leads to the trail station. At Châtelet, you can take the RER A, B and D. In terms of shopping, Montorgueil has everything you need: small convenience stores, bakeries, general food stores, and, of course, a wide choice of restaurants.

Great Location & Great Host to Tour City of Light!

The perfect location for visiting Paris, within a block of the metro, bus, bakeries, cafes, grocery, restaurants, and bank. The apartment was very secure, on the first floor with stairs and elevator. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. We made many meals in the kitchen during our stay. There was a bit of noise at night since we stayed in the front apartment but nothing that kept us from our sleep. David was the perfect host, greeting us when we arrived, giving us many tips for enjoying our stay, and was available whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Paris. Thanks so much for your hospitality David!

Great apartment full of character in a fantastic location.

Upon arriving at the apartment we were warmly greeted by Alice who was lovely and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. We are a family of 4, (2 adults, 2 children aged 15 and 12) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 days. The apartment is situated in a great location with a supermarket directly across the road, a 5 minute walk to Rue Montorgueil which is full of great restaurants and speciality food shops and a 20 minute walk to the Louve. The only minor negative points are the bedrooms are quite small however this would not deter us from staying at this apartment again. Thank you David for the wonderful stay we had in beautiful Paris.

Good Apartment, Good Location, Good Host

This apartment is in a great location, close to a metro station entrance & bus stop, there is a supermarket around the corner, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and cash machines nearby. The apartment was quiet & secure, on the 1st floor with easy stairs and a small elevator. Although the apartment is not large, it was ideal for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. The two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, bathroom, and kitchen were all very clean & well maintained. The beds were great/comfortable. Our host David met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful with settling in, and providing information about the area. We loved our 9 day stay in this apartment and would gladly stay there again when next in Paris.

Nice, quiet apartment and great location!

We stayed here for a week, 4 persons. Good location in the middle of everything and still very quiet. David is really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you David, and hopefully we will see you again...soon :)

Delightful Apartment in Paris

We had an amazing stay at this apartment from start to finish. The owner was prompt in responding to questions we had during the booking process. When we arrived David was there with a smile to check us in and explain how everything worked, he was very patient while we all got connected to wifi.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures portray. We were three ladies traveling and felt very secure in the apartment (there were 4 locked doors to go through). It was only up one flight of stairs, there was an elevator but we always used the stairs. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was outfitted quite well if you want to make some meals. The 2 bedrooms were a nice size, and the bathroom was entered from the living room area (not an ensuite bath). The apartment was at the back of the Hausmann style building and very quiet.

THe location was excellent. There was a choice of several different metro lines around the corner and Les Halles with multiple lines and the RER was a short walk. There was a Monoprix across the street. With a short stroll we are at Rue Montorgueil - a delightful pedestrian street with cafes, cheese shops and bakeries. The owner also recommended several nearby restaurants which we dined at and were delicious.

Check out was very easy, David was very accommodating in meeting us the night before as we had early flights on Saturday. Our stay was fantastic, the apartment was a joy to come home to each evening after busy days of touring Paris.
