This is a wonderful sun-filled condo that has expansive views of the Provincetown Harbor from every window. When you enter the apartment, there is an open plan living/ dining area with soaring ceilings. The renovated kitchen is fully applianced, has soapstone countertops and is equipped with glasses, dishes and other cooking utensils which will make you feel at home. The bathroom is updated and has a tiled combination tub and shower. The loft bedroom has a window and an operable skylight for cross-ventilation. There is parking outside your door yet you are so close to town you may never use your car. Because this condo is at the end of the wharf building closest to the water, and there is no one above you, it is quiet and away from the evening street noise. If being on the water and being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset from your private deck is what you're after, look no further!

About Lisa J. Drapkin
I live in Cambridge, MA with my wife Debbie and we are real estate agents by day but love to go to our place in Ptown whenever we're free!
Lisa J. Drapkin purchased this Condo in 2001
Why Lisa J. Drapkin chose Provincetown
I bought this property because I was adamant that I wanted to have a condo that enabled me to sit on a deck overlooking the water. When I saw this place, I bought it in about 5 minutes! Not only does the deck offer direct waterfront views but it has water views out of literally every window, including the bathroom!
What makes this Condo unique
It also has parking and is located in the East End of Provincetown, also known as The Gallery District. You can walk to everything but it is still quiet.

Beautiful condo! A wonderful week.
This is a magical place. Beautifully decorated with everything you need.
Loved the kitchen, it was great to cook at home and dine on the deck watching the sunset. Waking in the morning with a spectacular view was amazing!!!
Cute property, great location
The condo was clean, modern, comfortable, and well appointed for a weeks stay. We loved the deck and the windows - they connected us so well to the bay and the beach. Even when the weather was not good we were able to enjoy the scene from the comfort of the living room with the large picture windows. Great access to all the happenings in Provincetown, which were just steps away. We hope to be able to return.
Great location, right on the beach. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located.
The location was lovely! We woke up in the morning to ocean vistas and frolicking dogs (while not ours, it was wonderful to witness their joy, not to mention what incredible listeners they all were!) We spent the day building sand sculptures, swimming, reading, playing board games and exploring the area. It's the perfect spot...quiet, private enough, relaxing, and yet, just a hop, skip and a jump away from the bustle of Commercial Street. We would definitely recommend this rental!
Home Away from Home with the Best View in Town!
This was our sixth summer in Lisa's condo...we like to think of it as our condo for that week! Over the years we have made many friendships at Bull Ring. It is so centrally located it is easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. The kitchen is well equipped, the condo is always clean, and because of the layout, easy to entertain in. With your private deck you sometimes forget there is a world outside of Bull Ring. Whether you love the ocean or are happy to hang around the condo and enjoy the bay, you can't go wrong. Lisa has always be very responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. Unlike some other owners, she does give first preference to the previous years renter. Which, if you love the space, is fantastic! We have friends that lost out of a place they loved because the owner operated differently. We hope to continue vacation here for as long as Lisa will have us! The view is unbeatable, the water is warm and the people friendly.
Hard to Improve on This Place
It took us two tries to find the perfect place to stay in Provincetown. This is tha place! It is perfectly situated at the west end of the downtown area -- easy walking distance to all attractions. And it is right on the water with a nice beach at your doorstep.
The place itself is a model of efficient use of space: a nice downstairs open area with lots of windows, a spacious deck on the beach, a well thought out kitchen with everything you could need, and a loft bedroom with a picture window looking out over the harbor.
Next time we come to the Cape we will look no farther than Lisa's wonderful place.
Thanks for the review and so glad you had a nice time! Our place is actually in the East End of town but it's easy to get East and West mixed up when you're at the end of the tip!
A beautiful waterfront retreat.
The amazing waterfront view from seemingly every window in this cottage is forever burned in my brain. This home provided the ideal escape from reality. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the harbor and watching the sun fall slowly behind the water's edge. The house was lovely and bright. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Every detail enhanced the experience and made us feel right at home.
The location was perfect! When we wanted to head out for a bit of nightlife or cocktails, we didn't have to walk far. There were so many restaurants on Commercial Street...in fact, we became "regulars" at Pepe's that week (watch those margaritas...man, they have a heavy pour!). The Wired Puppy has great coffee and is literally just around the corner.
But what I appreciated most about this place was it's perfect location. It was far enough from the late night madness...it was truly quiet at night...but close enough that you could walk to everything that Commercial street has to offer. When you wanted serenity, it was there waiting for you right on your porch. When you wanted a bit of nightlife, that was just a few short blocks away.
I have nothing negative to say at all about our stay at this wonderful beachfront property. It was magical. And we hope to make it back there again. In the meantime, we'll hold on tight to our memories.
Walks on the beach, strolling art galleries, fabulous restaurants, renting bikes, riding and roller blading on the trails, dancing in the clubs, wonderful live shows, shopping in the boutiques, incredible people-watching!! There's a Film Festival in June, Family Week at the end of July, Provincetown Jazz Festival in August and great theater all summer. Provincetown Harbor is literally outside your door or you can walk, bike or drive to Herring Cove, part of the gorgeous Cape Cod National Seashore.
Other Activities: whale watching
