Excellent vacation experience! House is millennial comfortable and decor is trendy!
If you desire a quiet ,comfortable living experience on the prairie...this home meets your desire! Trendy decor, updated kitchen with convection oven, Roman tiled baths with a steam shower, beautiful view of Bear Butte from window seat.....library of books for reading including one written by the owner! Notebook to describe working various electronics, appliances, where to visit, how to collect eggs each morning, feed horses......we collected eggs every morning! Owners friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!!
We had a wonderful time. Sue and family were very friendly and easy to communicate with during our stay. The house is very nice with many extras to enjoy and the views are amazing. My favorite spot was sitting in the window seat looking at Bear Butte. We enjoyed fresh eggs each morning. We would highly recommend staying at Three Heart Farm.
Peace and Comfort
The ranch was everything we imagined and more. Each one of us was able to enjoy a different activity! Some of the thrills were: herb hunting/picking, brushing and feeding the horses, jumping on the trampoline, sleeping under the stars and the kids enjoyed collecting eggs for breakfast each morning. The ranch was located in the perfect location...each town we wanted to explore was within close proximity. Sue and Sierra were very welcoming. Thank you for sharing your little peace of heaven!!
Excellent Travel Experience
This property was even better than I expected! The house pictures don't do it justice. It's wonderfully spacious while still being cozy. The window seat looking out to Bear Butte was our favorite spot! We got to see it in sun, rain and mist. We took an easy drive to Spearfish, Sturgis, and Mount Rushmore. There are museums, wineries and breweries close by. There is so much to do, you need to schedule extra time to include everything!
We had some rainy days, and got to experience the deep peace of the land. I have only good things to say about our stay. It was very relaxing for me and my family. We loved being able to cook, and appreciated the laundry facilities.
Very Comfortable Home and Great Location
You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The caretaker and his family work to respect your privacy, yet are there for any need you may have. We found everything as Sue describes, and would definitely stay here again!
Very nice stay
This was a nice location. Very quiet and excluded yet close enough to town, trails, and plenty of scenery. We had fun playing with the cat, dogs, horses, and chickens. The property manager lives next door. He, his boys and dog were very friendly and attentive. Sue, the owner responded to emails quickly. We hope to come back soon!!
