Enjoy your own historic shotgun duplex. Nice walk to Frenchmen, Bourbon, The French Quarter and the new streetcar.
The New Marigny, a National Register Historic District, was created in 1810 and is now a section of Faubourg St. Roch.
Without walking more than 3 blocks, you can experience food from a handful of various vendors at St. Roch Market, enjoy a jazz brunch at The Spotted Cat, stroll along the oak-lined St. Roch Avenue pedestrian pathway, grocery shop at The New Orleans Food Co-op, and eat & drink at multiple restaurants and bars.
A few blocks down St. Claude, there's AllWays Lounge, Siberia, and HiHo Lounge – each with entertainment nearly every night.
St. Roch never sleeps. But when it's time to wake up, there are more coffee shops around than you'll have time to try.
Our favorite activity, however, is simply walking through the streets of The Marigny, enjoying the cute homes and lovely neighbors.
