Elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with dining room and ocean-front balcony. Situated on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, with an emphasis on organic amenities and customer service.
You couldn't get any closer to the ocean without being in the water.
Located in one of the most preferred neighborhoods in Long Beach, this spacious home features dining and nightlife in close proximity. Even better, nearby salons and bistros abound. If you prefer the bright lights, we are a convenient 50-minute ride into New York City, with its museums, shopping, theater and clubs. Swim during the day and take the train into the city at night!
This is one of several units managed by an experienced host who has been awarded Premier Status on VRBO. It is my aim to provide guests the same five-star touches that I look for when I travel: lodging located in a gorgeous setting, safety, cleanliness, upscale linens and towels, comfortable mattresses and high-speed Internet.
The home is renovated and has 1400 square feet of indoor living space, featuring an ocean view from every window. Enhancing those quarters is a private balcony, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or business.
Comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings are accented by eclectic décor. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked, including a juicer and Vitamix. The dining room opens to the balcony if you prefer taking meals outdoors.
The bedrooms are nicely sized and comfortably appointed, the organic mattresses topped with freshly laundered linens, cleaned just prior to your arrival. The master bedroom has a king mattress and attached bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen mattress and shares the hall bathroom.
Steps from your front door you will find the entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks beyond, enjoy restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife. After dining, you can take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk.
Minutes away, the train will transport guests to the most popular sites in New York City: Times Square, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and world-renowned monuments, to name a few.
Cabs and bike rental stations are abundant in the area. If you favor your own vehicle, parking is available on nearby streets.
Please Note: I book on a first-come basis, and the furnishings are constantly evolving, including the Grateful Dead memorabilia.
