Clean, modern place right on Pearl Street. Walk to everything: Pearl Street, parks, hiking, CU. Bus stop across the street. Underground parking.
Furnishings are NOT the same as the photos. Brand new memory foam Queen bed. , coffee table, new couch, TV, etc.
License: RHL-0005856. Max occupancy: 3.
Its simple, spartan, zen if you will. No Wi-Fi, but nearby coffee shops have Wi-Fi. Box Car and The Laughing Goat are favorites, both within a block.
Frasca, a world class restaurant, across the street. The location can't be beat!
It was a one bedroom apartment but I knocked out a wall to open it up. The entry and kitchen are still separated by a wall, so it feels like a proper apartment, and there is a private bathroom. Its an upstairs unit -- there is no one above you making noise, and you're above street level. There's even a little view of the Flatirons.
This is the heart of Boulder, on Pearl Street, two blocks away from where it becomes a walking mall. Great restaurants, coffee, shopping, and night life. About 12 blocks away is a big Whole Foods and the 29th Street shopping center too. About 7 blocks away is the Boulder Dushanbe Tea House, a truly unique and amazing place to eat or have tea. Not too far away you can also get to Sanitas hiking trails, Chatauqua Park and great outdoors access.
There is a bus stop across the street, and the central bus station with connections to Denver and the Denver International Airport is 4 blocks away.
Please no shoes inside. It's cleaner for you and quieter for Amy downstairs.
