LOCATED: 383 Commercial Street (and Pearl St.) with one parking space on site!
Recently remodeled with all new kitchen, bathroom floors, walls...EVERYTHING! This first floor studio is in a waterfront complex and has deeded beach access with a common deck. There is a combination sleeping area with a queen size bed and living area with a couch, TV and clothes storage. Off to the side is a brand new kitchen with granite counters and new appliances including full size range and all the cooking utensils you'll need. A brand new bathroom with a tiled shower fashioned after old New York Tribecca, makes a wonderful rental! This is a great condo for the vacationer who likes to be near the center of town and enjoy the beach! Near all restaurants, shops, nightclubs, theaters, and shops. Will rent for shorter periods (in off-season) other than weekly if available....But Call!
The space was fantastic, the amenities were great, and the location perfect.
The description matches what I found when I opened the door exactly. All the appliances were as spotless as the place and in beautiful condition. Very modern design, great granite countertops in the kitchen and cooking with gas! Awesome! :)
The owners were always available and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends. It's a perfect 10/10 :)
Our experience at bull ring was wonderful from the time moment we arrived. We opened the door to a warm and inviting space. The condo is equipped with everything you could need there is a full size frig and stove a beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed.We had views of the pier and the location is right in town( no need to money e our car) We would recommend it to anyone, Bob&Sally Blake
I have quite a bit of experience with Provincetown, although I hadn't been back in a few years. This place looked just about perfect, given the location and description, and it was. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I would love to return every year or two into eternity and I don't want to make it harder to find an opening!
The location is great for a number of reasons. It is in the heart of town, just east of the wharf, and in the middle of the 'gallery' district. In addition to the galleries, practically every restaurant and shop is within very easy walking distance. The studio is back from Commercial Street just enough to snuff out any traffic noise. While it is not exactly on the water (being a unit or two from the beach) it is fewer than 20 steps to a wonderful common deck with tables and chairs right on the water. Finally, there is the rarest of Provincetown commodities - parking. Your own assigned spot in a private lot just a few feet away from the door.
The unit itself is perfect for two - my wife and I loved it. There is a very comfortable bed with great linens and good reading lights on either side. The kitchen area is quite complete with all that you need for simple meals. There is a comfortable couch. The bathroom is very nice with a great shower. It's obvious the place was completely 'done over' within the past ten years, at most, and whoever did it was an absolutely first rate craftsperson. The devil is in the details and the smallest things (window finishing, tile work in the bathroom, the way the cabinets line up) were done to perfection. And the place is beautifully decorated in terms of photos, paintings and colors. It is small, but it's so well laid out that we never felt cramped. It would be idiotic to try to cram in a third person (although it's probably been attempted).
Finally, my wife and I enjoyed our neighbors. We were there in late September and some of the actual unit owners were around. What a lovely, friendly bunch of people.
Can't think of a single thing wrong with the place or a single suggestion to make it better. Can't wait to go back.
We really enjoyed this condo! Great location and the interior is very tastefully decorated! You will not need your car or even a bike from this location - you can walk everywhere! Our only negative comment would be that it's been 5 weeks since we've checked out and we have yet to receive our security deposit back. We've contacted the owners twice and have heard no response from them. The agreement said they would return the deposit 2-3 weeks after check out so we're hoping to hear something soon. I would certainly had given 5 stars if we received our deposit back as agreed to.
This cozy, light filled studio has plenty of storage and lots of windows. Bright and spotlessly clean. Great shower! Parking is very convenient. There was a community bike rack. We needed the new wireless password and the owner promptly replied to my inquiry. Wired Puppy internet cafe is also right on the corner. Pepe's Wharf a few steps away. We loved hanging out on the community deck, which was right on the beach and never crowded. Despite being right in the middle of everything and with Macmillan Wharf nearby, it was very quiet. Friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay there again.
Located right in the center of Provincetown, convenient to everything, but quiet. Excellent views from large shared deck facing Massachusetts Bay. Condo is clean and offers all the amenities for two adults seeking the P-Town experience. Owners are pleasant to deal with. Would return again.
Swim, canoe, bike ride, fine dining, galleries, antique shops, gym, sightseeing, wineries, bars, nightclubs, whale watching....... just 5 1/2 hours from NYC!
