When you are ready for Nashville’s honky tonks, good eats, and exciting sports, stay at this comfortable, completely renovated, and conveniently located 2BR, 2BA house. All new furnishings and minutes to fine dining, Nissan Stadium, and outdoor activities.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
A white picket fence and a front porch warmly welcome you to the home, which is located just steps from the Cumberland River.
Dark hardwood floors gleam throughout the main living area, where you will enjoy resting your dancing feet, cozying up on the couch and armchair with ottoman. (The couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa for those extra overnight guests.) A 54” flat-screen TV and DVD provide entertainment on nights in.
When you are ready to cook, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful finishes like trendy gray cabinets, granite countertops, and subway tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, a double sink, and cookware basics. An eat-in table seats 4 comfortably for meals.
Out in the backyard, a bi-level deck is the perfect spot for cold drinks. You will find a gas grill, 2-person bistro table, and 2 chairs.
Both bedrooms in the single-story home are located down a hallway, off the main living area. Pretty and private, the master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, cube storage unit, closet, and 32” flat-screen TV. It’s en suite bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower.
In the 2nd bedroom, crisp white bedding covers the queen bed and a shelf and closet provide storage. There is also a 26” flat-screen TV.
Guests can prep for the day in the full bathroom with subway-tiled tub/shower combo. A stacked washer and dryer unit is tucked away at the end of the hallway.
Jump on the adjacent bike path for an early morning jog, bike ride, or evening walk. Just 1 mile down the path is the pedestrian bridge for Nissan Stadium, so you can walk to a Titans game.
Leave the cooking to the professionals, with numerous 4- and 5-star restaurants just minutes away. The Treehouse (5 minutes) constantly surprises with new and exciting dishes, and the Butcher and Bee (6 minutes) focuses on vegetarian small plates.
Shelby Park—home to baseball fields, playgrounds, 2 golf courses, and a community center—has a little something for everyone and is less than 15 minutes away.
Every Wednesday evening in the spring and summer months, wander around the East Nashville Farmers’ Market, where local artists, farmers, and vendors sell their goods.
A trip to Nashville wouldn’t be complete without a visit to downtown, where you’ll find historic and cultural hot spots. Even better, downtown is only a 10-minute drive or inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride away. Check out Ryman Auditorium, Music Row, and Broadway, lined with bars, restaurants, and shops.
