You'll be in walking distance to everything downtown Marquette has to offer, including Ellwood Mattson Park, restaurants, bars, the bike path, the beach, the breakwall etc. This apartment is one flight of stairs up from the Rosewood Walkway and opens to an expansive living space with four bedrooms, two full baths, a powder room and a top-of-the-line cook's kitchen. Nine people can stay here comfortably with a King Room, a Queen Room, a full bed and a bunk room that will easily sleep three (full size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top). We have WiFi, of course, cable, a six burner gas range for cooking and a deck to sit outside and enjoy the views. There is no onsite parking (you might find a spot on the street and we do offer two parking passes in the Baraga Lot just one block away from the apartment!). Come enjoy our place - you're going to love it!

About Katy White
The Trestle Building is a very special property. My sisters and I bought it in 2014. It was run down and in need of serious attention. But we restored it lovingly and present to you the finished product! Marquette is our hometown and really one of the most special places in the whole world. We aren't able to enjoy it as much as we'd like because life took us all in different directions, but we want to share this special property with you - it's a shame for it to go unused! We called our refurbished building The Trestle Building because a railroad trestle that connected to the ore dock use to pass right by it. But the trestle was torn down in the 1990's and left behind the walkway that gains you access to the apartment. I hope you will enjoy our labor of love!

Why Katy White chose Marquette
You and your family and/or friends will love staying at The Clubhouse at The Trestle Building! With plenty of space to spread out, four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a deck you will never want to leave! Although if you do, everything is in close proximity whether it be hiking, biking, eating, shopping or bar-hopping, you've got it all right here.
What makes this Condo unique
My sisters and I visited our hometown of Marquette in 2014 to watch the dog sled races - the UP 200. We happened upon this building that had been neglected and decided to call the realtor for a viewing. Although it need a lot of work, it was love at first sight: we couldn't get the view out of our minds! This is Marquette, the view of the ore dock says it all. It's a display of our community's history and what made this town so wonderful to live in, the economy is built through mining, but most importantly the people and community it brought. Whether you come to Marquette often or have never been you will enjoy all that Marquette has to offer from this wonderfully central location with views you cannot beat!

Beyond perfect home for your Marquette vacation
This home was 100% perfect! We LOVED the space, location and comforts of the entire apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, the location was super convenient and the furnishings were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay!
It has a nice open floor plan and it is in a great location. We really enjoyed just kicking back and relaxing along with going out and hitting the local shops. It was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked for us to do some of our own cooking. I would highly recommend staying at this place.
Incredible Property, Perfect Location.
We stayed here in Jan 2018 and we loved it. We have stayed in many places in Marquette and this one is my favorite. The home is so well laid out. Everything is new and the beds are all extremely comfortable. The common space is wonderful with a great view and comfortable furniture. We stayed with two other moms and their kids and we each had our own space but were able to enjoy time playing games and eating together. We had so much fun here we didn't even want to go out for dinner the second night. Though everything downtown is walkable from this perfect location.
We are so glad you enjoyed The Clubhouse! We hope you'll come back to visit again, and really appreciate your booking!
This place was perfect for our family, we love, loved the place!! The kitchen is great for preparing dinners for 8 and it has a view to boot. Beds and bathrooms were all very comfortable and clean! Being able to walk around town was nice. The wine bar on the ground floor is not to be missed! We love this place and plan to return!
Perfect in every way!
The location right in the heart of Marquette was great for walking to dinner. shopping, and the lake. The renovation of this old building was done really well and the layout made the gathering of our families super easy. The kitchen is well stocked with the tools we needed to prepare a big dinner. The view off the deck is outstanding. Comfy beds and beautiful decor. Five stars all around!
This is an amazing condo with all that Marquette has to offer right at your doorstep.
We had a great weekend here. The condo is clean, beautiful, and has all kind of little touches that make you feel at home. I would recommend this property to anybody wanting to stay in Marquette. The owners and property manager were all very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
Marquette is on the shores of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where you will find many festivals and outdoor activities. We will have a resource guide for you to explore who to call to rent skis, bikes, kayaks or visit the skating rink.
