Relax with your family in a roomy, clean and quiet setting. Nestled on a private road, this cottage is less than half a mile to bay beaches and Nickerson State Park. Families have easy access to swimming, exploring tidal flats, hiking and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Conveniently located near bike rentals, shopping and a variety of restaurants. This is the perfect location to explore Brewster's many antique shops and quaint local landmarks, or just a short drive to more commercial summer attractions. After a busy day, one can enjoy dinner in the large yard, then walk to the beach for a spectacular sunset!

Great stay near the best beach on Cape Cod
My friends and family had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place near Brewster. The house is spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything that we needed. It has a large yard with an outdoor shower and is in a quiet area with just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. It is conveniently located at a short distance to everything while the area is still not packed during summer.
Tracey was a great host, very kind and patient with all of our questions :) I’d strongly recommend this vacation spot to anyone.
Cozy cottage at a great price!
This property was wonderful for the price. Great value and had everything we needed with a great location. A short walk to a bay beach and 20 min to Coast Guard/Nauset Beach. Shaws is 5 min away so it's easy to stock the fridge. It was really cold for our weekend, but the cottage was always welcoming and warm for us when we returned. Clean and more spacious than I expected. Wifi was enjoyed by the teen.
Thank you Tracey!
Quaint Cape Cod Beach House
Tracey was a lovely host, very helpful and sweet. The house is a great deal with a wonderful location, the beach just a little walk down the street. The town of Orleans and Brewster also very close. The cottage definitely does not have modern decor, but was quaint Cape Cod and has plenty of room with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you'll need. We did not need air conditioning, but it was available in the living area. We actually used the heat and it was very warm and comfortable. We didn't need it, but there was an outdoor shower, which I can see would come in very handy with children. Thank you Tracey!
We loved the cottage!
It was the perfect location for my husband and I . We love biking on the rail trail and we were able to bike right from the cottage.
It was only a short walk/ drive to the bay for some amazing sunsets... not to be missed!!
The outdoor shower was such a treat too!
We would love to come back next year. Thank you Tracey for a great time
Wounderfull stay on the cape
Tracey makes you feel right at home. Cottage is large and comfy and well equipped. The location is perfect mid cape so not to far from all the sights on the cape. We loved our stay in Brewster we will be going back soon.
I love renting to people who take advantage of the wide range of things to do Cape wide and am lucky to be able to offer a property in the middle of it all! My house was actually cleaner when the Greaneys left I think then when they arrived. I welcome the opportunity to add them to my list of "regulars" for future visits.
