Great stay! Very helpful and accommodating.
A wonderful place to stay in Treme. Interior retained NOLA with modern comforts.
Perfect Host and Comfort
The host was extremely helpful not only in making us comfortable, but went out of her way to help with accommodating our coming and going to the airport. She provided input into the local restaurants and entertainment as well as recommendations on getting around town. I think our stay was even more enjoyable with her assistance. Thank you Angela.
The house is located near French quarter and we walked there daily. Uber worked after dark for returning to the house.
Gorgeous place and excellent host!
Thanks Angela for being a kind and communicative host. We loved the house - it was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Angela was a very considerate host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this place to stay.
Fantastic owner! This beautiful, updated home with old charm has EVERYTHING you need!
Thank you Angela for allowing us to explore New Orleans while taking peaceful refuge and time to recharge in your “charmer”. We appreciate everything you provided for us. Quality products and utensils all around! Trustworthy appliances, heating & cooling, as well as security system. We felt safe and comfortable as well as fresh and clean! The sweet gardens are a nice touch. We appreciate the travel tips you provided. The artwork and fireplaces are more than we could have hoped for in a true home away from home. This owner is top notch!
The neighborhood is noisy. Obviously out of her control but that is the ONLY thing to keep it from being five stars. We walked to Bourbon Street but always used an Uber to get home. Left our car in place as parking can be a challenge. Again...this is a charming, comfortable, and convenient home! Many thanks:)
Great place for a weekend getaway in Nawlins
Decided last minute to head to Nawlins for my wife's birthday with another couple. Saw this property and the great reviews. It worked wonderfully. Took Uber everywhere and all places weren't more than a 5-15 min drive. Angela recommended St Roche Market for dinner and we loved it!! Very cool food hall!!
Overall we had a great time. The beds were super comfortable. We weren't sure what to expect with Treme area but it's not only historic but it's now becoming very hip and trendy. Very cute area.
The only downside was a small living area with small couch and two chairs but with these older houses it's what you would expect. The 14 ft ceilings and paintings were very nice. Kitchen was really workable.
Overall an excellent property.
Location, location, location! This classic Creole cottage, located in the Historic Faubourg Tremé, is situated right at the nexus of New Orleans' old core, the Tremé, Faubourg Marigny and, of course, The French Quarter. You are just a three short blocks to all the best of the old city's offerings, including restaurants, music venues, cafés and museums. With the addition of the new Rampart Street Car Line, you are just a stop away from hopping aboard and further exploring the St. Claude arts and music scene...or catch the Carrolton connection to City Park, New Orleans Museum of Art, and the New Orleans Botanic Gardens...or the St. Charles street car connection to view and access the City's iconic St. Charles Avenue mansions. Truly, this location is at once a refuge from the hubbub and the gateway to the best of New Orleans!
