This is a brand new to us listing so there aren't many reviews yet. Please scroll down to see the VRBO numbers of our other condos in the same building so that you can see our great reviews! We have great customer service and care a lot about our guests!

You must be 24 years of age or older to rent/stay alone in this condo. We are very strict with this policy.

Steps from Estes Park’s beautiful downtown Riverwalk, this condo is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath loft with a full kitchen, jetted tub, two living spaces and vaulted ceiling. This condo sleeps 6. However, there are a combination of sleeping options. You have the choice of 3 bedrooms with beds that each sleep two people or you can use the queen size sleeper sofas (2 of these). Though technically this condo could sleep more, we only allow 6 at time (we can make some accommodations for families with young children, but please talk to us first. We will not make exceptions for more than 6 adults, please don't ask.) There is a washer and dryer in this condo.

While you sit on the deck out front you can gaze at a majestic mountain view. This building has one private patio off upstairs bedroom and a shared deck/patio spaces which include chairs a picnic table and shared gas grill.

This is a DOWNTOWN condo. This means that there could be traffic noise from the road. Most of our guests to not notice or mind but we like to be up front about it. The appeal to this place is its location to shopping and restaurants. Parking in Estes Park can be difficult in the busy summer (it's much better the rest of the year). Here, you can park once and use the free shuttles that the city provides to make for a laid back vacation experience.

When reserving, double check that the email address is correct or you will not receive email responses from VRBO and we will have no way of knowing that you are not receiving these. We ALWAYS sends a personal confirmation, if you do not see a message within 24 hours of booking, go into VRBO/Homeaway and verify that you entered your email correctly and look for messages from us.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refund of a 100% outside of 30 days. Then, 50% if outside of 15 days, with $50 charge for credit card processing that we are charged by VRBO. If inside of 15 days you will forfeit your entire payment.Your deposit and cleaning fee will be returned to you. We recommend that you consider trip insurance if there could be a chance for late notice cancellation.

Notes:

We do not have central A/C. Most places in Estes Park do not as MOST days and evenings are very mild and the mountain fresh air is preferred. We have installed two stand up air conditioners which help with the heat during the times that it's unseasonably warm.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Please do not ask for an early/late arrival/departure as it is rarely possible due to the schedule of our cleaners, especially in the summer. Owner will notify you if an early arrival is possible.

There is no smoking inside or within 50 feet of the building and no pets, please.

There are occasional times when we need to enter the condo for a repair, to restock something for our cleaners, etc. We always do it during the day and always make an attempt to contact our guests beforehand but if we don’t get a reply, we may knock and if no one is there, let ourselves in to do the brief maintenance. If we get reports/complaints of rowdiness, smoking or pets, we will come check on our property without notice to the guest.

Has everything you need. Can walk to anywhere in Estes Park and RMNP is so close by. The owners, Kelli and Tony, were great to deal with; excellent communication.                                                             Christmas in Colorado 2018

                                                            Wonderful stay at the Loft for our Christmas visit to Estes Park. Kelli's unit was perfect for us. Had all that we needed and was situated perfectly for morning walks around Lake Estes and evening walks with snow falling, experiencing the beautiful Christmas lighting throughout the town. That combined with trips into RMNP to hike and snow shoe made it a perfect winter wonderland for our Christmas Holiday with our son and daughter. Thanks Kelli.

                                                            The gathering area was fun to play games in with the big table. The place was nice and clean. The only thing we needed was a full length mirror for six women. A mirror in one of the bedrooms would have helped when we were all getting ready to go. The location was perfect though!
