THE CONDO YOU SEE IS THE CONDO YOU RENT! This condo unit is PRIVATELY RENTED. Being a studio this Condo is perfect for TWO people. One of the Best Oceanfront renovated Studio units in the building, this is one of our 3 units, all located on the 2nd floor. Unit #203 is a studio unit COMPLETELY remodelled, like brand new! If you like unit #202 you will also love this studio unit too. We also have a direct oceanview from the large lanai.... (patio) OUR LANAI has not been closed in...

This condo has all tile floor, modern wood cabinets, s/s appliances, granite counter tops and approx 500 sq. feet of living space with central air conditioning. The views are incredible and can't be beat! The condo is very modern and upscale in design. A full kitchen in a studio unit is a bonus, the Counter Top STOVE, full sized microwave, NEW CONVECTION TOASTER OVEN, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker, and the gas grills at the pool too! A updated bathroom with walk-in shower all tiled, clean and fresh, and also equipped with Hairdryer. We also supply a counter top iron board and iron, as well as a small room safe for your use.

We supply the following beach items. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella.

The oceanfront lanai has a balcony height table and also lounging chair for relaxing and enjoying your views! Out here you can do breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner and late night cocktails. This unit is a 'NON SMOKING'condo and is just perfect for a party of TWO. The condo is rented privately, and we do not go thru the building rental pool. Secure Wi Fi, 36 inch flat screen TV, Blue-Ray DVD, I-Home Stereo system for I-phone, I-pod, I-pad. Free parking, secure WIFI, iron and iron board, coin operated Washer/Dryer on every 2nd floor, in Room Safe along with DIRECT OCEANFRONT, Come relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Your rental charges are fully refundable (less $125 book keeping fee) if you cancel your reservation on or eight weeks before the date of your arrival. If you cancel after that date, the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we strongly encourage you to purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance.

the oceanfront unit was perfect to hear the waves and see the surf ..

the studio is perfect for a quick short trip for a maui visit before holidays start.

we were very very happy with the condo unit, the bed was comfy, great to have the kitchen and the bbq's at the pool side.

unit was clean and had everything we needed. cant wait to come back again in 2018.

great studio condo unit for our short stay!! we had everything needed and more.

ended up doing some eating in, and bbq at the pool side. it was easy and convenient.

nice to have a desk area and plugs for the ipad and iPhone on the desk!!

Bed was very comfy, and the view was lovely!! you can hear the waves if you leave the door open and shut off the a/c... overall we Loved it!!!!

we now need to decide when we are returning to this special spot!! it is the bomb!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Our intent was to chill in Maui and spend time on our lanai watching the whales and the sunsets. Mission accomplished because the condo comes as advertised! The exchange of fees to the unit owner was fairly seamless although having to mail a cheque or money order as opposed to an e-transfer is clunky and time consuming. There's a well stocked kitchen (including paper products which one often has to buy and then leave behind) and there were even plastic containers to save left-overs! Other nice additions for the traveller are the beach chairs, beach bags, cooler and umbrella. The unit was clean, the king size bed comfortable enough; overall a nice sized unit for two adults. Lots of towels, both for the beach and for the shower. The seawall is right off your 2nd floor lanai so you could toss a pebble to the water, it is that close. There is a beach area to the left or right of the complex, both within a minute or two walk of the unit. The wi-fi worked fine but we didn't use the TV so not too sure of that package. The unit has air conditioning but we didn't use that either... the screen door to the lanai and overhead fan kept us cool enough through the night. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs as the pounding surf through the night may keep you awake (or close the lanai glass doors to deaden the sound). The pool was warm and the hot tub hot and this was a nice place to spend an hour every day after the beach socializing with other vacationers. The BBQ is located in this area which is a bit inconvenient from the unit but I took some aluminum foil with me (provided in unit) and an additional clean plate to keep the meat warm for return trip to condo. Texting eta's to head chef back in condo was helpful for coordination of meals. The complex is well cared for and the location is great for getting out to snorkelling, shopping, sightseeing, whatever. There are no smoking signs everywhere but some choose to ignore. We had two nights of cigar smoke from a nearby lanai drifting to our unit, which was disgusting. The owner was sincerely apologetic when I let her know (once we were home to mainland) and she would have preferred I inform her right away as she would have tried to do something about it. The smoke from an elitist adult who couldn't read was the only blemish on an otherwise great stay.

Wonderful location & property

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. The views and the location cannot be beat. It is updated, very clean, and loaded with more things than you could ask for. We listened to the waves every night and watched the whales from our lanai every morning. Bonnie was nice to work with and the whole process was fairly easy. Check-in was a breeze!

I had 3 very slight disappointments, but they did not ruin our stay.

1. The ceiling in the bathroom could be replaced and/or redone. That is a cheap and very easy fix. It is a shame because the rest of the bathroom far exceeds the ceiling!

2. The mattress may have a few too many miles on it. It wasn't the most comfortable we have slept on, but it wasn't horrible either.

3. The AC unit and how it operates if quite annoying. It is "eco" friendly and shuts off when there is no activity in the room, etc. This means you cannot hold a constant temperature when you are gone (this is fine & it saves money), but this also means it shuts off when you are in the room. I had a few times where I woke up to turn the air on because it was hot & muggy in the room. I'm fine with heat most of the time, but when its time for bed I need cool.

Again, none of these ruined our stay but if I had to list the negatives. We would certainly return to this condo in a heartbeat!
