Inside, a wall of windows soars up through two levels, showcasing spectacular ocean views. The living room has an assortment of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a 36” TV with cable and DVD player.
Step out onto the deck where you’ll find an outdoor dining table for four, a charcoal grill and loungers to sunbath while watching and hearing the peaceful waves. Outside, there’s a grassy yard with private fencing - let the dog and the kids out to work off some energy!

Downstairs is a vacation favorite: the game room, featuring a pool table, a foosball table and a dry bar for snacks and drinks. A second bedroom is also located on this floor, with a full bed and en-suite bathroom.
Up on the top level are the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views from a full bed and 36” TV. It shares a full bathroom with shower/tub combo with the loft. The loft-style bedroom is across a walkway and sleeps two in dual twin beds - great for the kids! There’s a TV/DVR combo so they can get sleepy watching a movie before bed.
Located in the highly desirable Park Hill neighborhood of Cambria, you’re less than a mile from world famous Moonstone Beach where you can search for moonstones and sea glass before a stroll along the pristine sands. Or cuddle up at the end of the day for a spectacular Pacific Ocean sunset. Also nearby is Shamel Park, ideal for exploring tidal pools; in warm months, there is a community pool to enjoy.
Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is 1.7 miles and filled with walking & hiking trails. It stretches down to the water so you might get lucky and spot dolphins, whales or even otters. Hop in the car and head to Hearst Castle, 8.5 miles, where you can explore the art and grounds of the media magnate himself.
For an easy day out, explore both the East and West Villages, which are dotted with eateries, antiques, art galleries and shops. Head east on Route 46 and you’re in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, with over 200 wineries in which to imbibe.
