This is a comfortable, well laid out condo in a great location.
From this location you have easy access to the airport, Red Rock, shopping and the strip. The condo is well laid out and would be comfortable for a family or two couples with two full baths and two bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the tools you need for any kind of meal prep. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is helpful for longer stays. The complex itself is great with three pools with spas and a well equipped gym. It is guard gated so there is that extra level of safety.

I have a rule that I prefer not to stay away in any place that isn't as nice as my home. And this home was as nice my home and I am a juried interior designer. I am also a frequent corporate traveler and I have stayed in the most luxurious hotels in the world. None of them have anything on this condo. Everything you can imagine is at your fingertips (save room service -- which isn't that great anymore) and instead of being crammed into 300 sf feet, you have 2 roomy, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated bedrooms that are CLEAN! We attended CES and it was nice to be a few miles away from the "action" with 180,000 other people. Yet, we were minutes from a great shopping area with restaurants and a movie theatre -- all of which we frequented. This is my new home, away from home in Las Vegas. And by the way the owners are nice people and a pleasure to work with.
Clean, comfortable condo
Unlike many rentals, Kenneth's condo was as advertised and a great value: well furnished, clean and well-located just south of The Strip. The unit was also very clean - not even any airport noise. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. The exercise room was convenient and our kids even jumped in the pool (it was January). We would definitely stay again.
Nice place off the strip, but close enough to take a trip.
Overall, the apartment was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need to make a great meal. Plenty of towels and linens. In a nice community, about 15 minutes from the strip. The only two things I can say were not perfect were 1. The guest bed makes a lot of noise!! Literally just touching it with your hand makes it creek. 2 the floors could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise the apartment was very nice for someone who wants to be off the madness of the strip, but close enough to make a trip.

You might have missed this in the rental agreement, it states:
"If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately."

Everything in this condo was in perfect working order. The furniture and beds were comfortable. This place is well equipped-everything you could need is here. The owners are great to work with, too.
We are located on Las Vegas Blvd., just 4 miles south from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The condo is 1 mile from the South Point Casino, 2 miles from Outlet Shopping, 3 miles from the TAYLORMADE GOLF EXPERIENCE and Town Square. A vehicle is recommended and Fox Rent A Car is right across the street and you can take the airport shuttle.
