Was not happy at all. The pictures shown are not at all what you get.
There were 6 of us clearly not enough room. House was loaded with roaches, termites (coming thru walls) mice, leaking water line in kitchen had to wipe every morning so we don’t fall. Had to call for towels,hangers,trash cans,coffee pot, furniture for the deck. The chairs in the dining area were filthy had to put towels over then to sit down. They offered to move us two days before we were leaving...they should’ve offered at day 3. I truly believe we have been taken advantage of and this company should be ashamed.
Nice house, great location but poor property management
I was in Florida for four days on business. I brought with me both family and employees—5 adults total. The house was very nice. Modern and updated. Pretty clean except for large stains on two different area rugs in the master bedroom and the tv room which obviously have never been cleaned...just vacuumed-over. It was a fantastic location within 400 yards of the ocean. Our issue was with poor property management. First, I had to call multiple days in a row to finally get the check in instructions, address, and house key locations. I spoke with at least two different people who said they were with property management when I called. Both times on the phone I got the impression that my call and questions were an inconvenience. Finally on the third day of me calling, I was able to get the details for the house. It came down to three hours before my expected arrival time and just as I was stepping on an airplane. We discovered the following morning after arriving that we were not given enough towels for everyone staying in the house. There was only one washcloth to be shared between three people that were not related in the spare bathroom. Also there were no hand towels, dish towels or dishwasher detergent I sent messages and my mother called requesting towels but they did not arrive until at least 18 hours later (the night before we left). Also there were two maintenance men that came to the house while we were staying there for issues unrelated to us or our stay. One we were told about day-of, and the other just showed up unexpectedly saying that we weren’t supposed to be in the house and that he was there to do maintenance. I feel that these things should have been arranged when there weren’t paying guests. So while the house was nice and the location was great, I feel like our trip was overshadowed by poor property management and scheduling conflicts.
