I love hosting out my house. When I meet my guests upon arrival to do a quick walk-through of the house, they seem pleasantly surprised and feel right at home. They can tell that I take a lot of care and pride to ensure their stay will be enjoyable. I intend to "WOW" my guests with a great house with LOTS of amenities.
Are you looking for a great value? Why rent several hotel rooms when your whole family or friends can enjoy your time in Denver "living the dream" in a 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home instead? Is your comfort and well-being important? Why not consider staying in a great family neighborhood in south Denver where neighbors look out for each other? All my neighbors know and support me in my endeavors to provide a wonderful place for guests to stay.
Enjoy a comfortable and beautiful 2,400 square foot home all to yourself. Many of my guests have commented about how welcoming and immaculate the house is (read the reviews). Relax in the lush, fenced-in backyard around the patio table and enjoy a BBQ dinner for the family and friends instead of paying for an expensive meal out. Guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs and vegetables grown in the backyard garden. So yummy and fresh. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous pots, pans, and kitchen gadgets and utensils, including service for 16 people.
The house includes 3 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area and living room on the main floor. Downstairs includes 2 private bedrooms and a half bath. Main bedroom includes a private full bath (with shower), king size bed, and closet. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen size bed and closet. The other full bathroom includes a tub with a shower. All bedrooms have white bed linens and separate locking doors. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with half bathroom attached) and includes 2 optional twin beds (ideal for children and big enough for an adult). The other bedroom is in the second half of a common living area that includes a couch, love seat and entertainment center. The downstairs is very spacious and comfortable with entertainment center and cozy gas fireplace.
No need to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Whether you're going out to eat or staying at the house for a home-cooked meal, the house is well stocked with many daily essentials.
The house is equipped with room for two cars in the garage. The house includes internet Wi-Fi, cable television, DVD players, stereos, Xbox and Wii with games. No computer or landline phone. The house has a newly installed hot water heater to ensure hot showers for everyone. For summer months; cool the house with either AC or swamp cooler.
If you're traveling for business and want a place to conduct a business meeting, why not consider using the spacious downstairs for your meeting? I can set up a long table with chairs for your meeting.
- The house is located 11 miles south of Downtown Denver and 2 miles north of Denver Tech Center.
- I-25 is only 2 miles away and I-225 is a mile away.
- DU (less than 6 miles).
- I-25 & I-70 (15 miles).
- I-25 & C-470 (less than 9 miles).
- Whole Foods 1/4 mile.
- King Soopers (supermarket) is less than 2 miles Hampden & Monaco.
- Denver International Airport (DIA) is 27 miles.

There are lots of outdoor activities to do.
-Vail (3 hour drive, barring a snow storm or heavy traffic).
-Boulder and Colorado Springs (1 hour, barring heavy traffic).
Typically, check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out time is before 11:00am. I can be flexible if the times don't conflict with other guests. I want to ensure the house is ready for all of my guests. However, it is possible for guests to check-in earlier and check-out later. That said, if check-in is between 12:00pm to 4:00pm, then there's an additional cost of 1/4 of the daily rate. If check-in is before 12:00pm, then the additional cost is 1/2 of the daily rate. Conversely, if check-out is between 11:00am through 2:00pm, then the additional cost is 1/4 of the daily rate. Check-out between 2:00pm to 6:00pm is additional cost of 1/2 of the daily rate. Please let me know when you plan to arrive and depart. I’ll make every attempt to accommodate your traveling needs. Early check-in and late check-out is dependent on my reservation schedule.
Each reservation booking will include a "Rental Agreement", which will be provided upon check-in for final review and signature. Please review the attached "Rental Agreement".
