Beach Music is a spacious 5 BR / 5 BA home located in Seacrest Beach, Florida along the gorgeous Emerald Coast with 4 bedrooms in the main house and a separate Carriage House for added privacy. The home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and up to 15 with 3 additional guests on sleeper sofas (upon management approval). The home has 4,034 total sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. With plenty of room inside and out, Beach Music is perfect for your family and friends to kick back, relax and forget where you're from! After a long day at the beach, cozy up in the home's spacious living areas or stroll out onto one of the home's many porches & balconies to take in the Gulf breeze! The home features beautiful furnishings throughout and a cozy beach vibe so you can feel right at home. Within a short walk/bike ride, you will find many great shops, restaurants, bars and other activities not only in Seacrest Beach but also in the neighboring communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach.
The first floor of the home includes the main living area with flat screen TV and 1 of the guest bedrooms. The beautifully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinets and neutral granite countertops giving the home an open, airy feeling. Add to that, floor to ceiling windows and doors off of the living room which fill the home with tons of natural light. The dining table seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar and also a high top cocktail style game table with seating for 4 in the living room. Also on the first floor is a Queen guest bedroom with flat screen TV and Twin convertible chair which can sleep 1 additional guest. This room has access to a Jack-n-Jill shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower and just down the hall is the laundry room. There is a separate entrance and side porch off the laundry room with an outdoor shower just outside. There is a large, partially covered porch off the living area which leads out to the Carriage House. The porch has plenty of seating and a gas grill so you can enjoy dining outdoors.
The Carriage House has a separate entrance from the driveway and shares the large first floor porch with the main house. The Carriage House has a King bedroom and a Full/Queen sleeper sofa for 1 additional guest in the living room with a flat screen TV in both rooms. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a mini kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, sink and mini fridge.
On the second floor, you will find the King master bedroom at the front of the home which has a flat screen TV, private covered balcony and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. At the back of the home, there is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds (2 Twins) tucked away in a private cubby. The guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with tub/shower combination and a private covered balcony overlooking the first floor porch and wooded space behind the home.
On the third floor, there is another guest bedroom at the back of the home with 2 Twin beds, a Full/Queen sleeper sofa for 1 additional guest and a private covered balcony. This room has access to a Jack-n-Jill shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is also a wet bar, cozy sitting area and another balcony on the front of the home, partially covered and partially open-air with a community view.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018. Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes. Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)
The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the Beach, the shops of Seacrest and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. Seacrest Beach Community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that passes just behind the house. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
