About Shannon

Emily is a local General Contractor and Real Estate Agent who has been renovating houses since 2010. Her love for Tacoma and the Real Estate Industry, led her to buy the Pine Street Rental in 2014, the Huson House in 2015, and the Stevens House in 2016 , as vacation rentals for guests from out of town. She loved the idea of creating a restful, clean environment that would provide all the comforts of home, and conveniences of a hotel. You can see some of her construction and design skills in the renovation of the home.

In 2016, Emily’s mom, Shannon, took over the Property Management, after retiring from a long career at Alaska Airlines. Shannon’s history in the travel industry and customer service, as well as her love for hosting, has made her an excellent Property Manager. She is also owner of Sea Cliff Cottage on Hood Canal.

Nicely updated, clean, no stairs home in North End.

Quality remodel, well maintained, very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood in North End Tacoma. Queen beds are very comfortable. Cozy living: nice furnishings with fireplace, well supplied kitchen and laundry room. Good heating and hot water. Furnished backyard patio, with grill. Convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants and visiting family in North End. Would love to rent this home every time we visit Tacoma!

Cozy stay

We were visiting our kids at UPS so the location was perfect - especially because we spend a lot of time in the Proctor district. Parking was great. Even though the house is on a somewhat busy street it is set back enough that we didn’t here the street traffic at all. Great kitchen! The only thing we would change is possibly a curtain or shade on the bathroom window - it felt s little voyeuristic at night. 😂?

Quiet kept secret

Well maintained property convenient to the Proctor District.

We booked this to be near our daughter's family on a recent visit. The 2 bedroom property was perfect for us. It was walking distance of 2 supermarkets, Starbucks, several resaurants, and our grandson's school. The kitchen was well furnished, as was the laundry room. We loved having fresh, good coffee every morning. The only things missing were a few small kitchen tools ( potato peeler, grater, egg beater) that may have "walked off" . Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances are full sized and good quality. We served several guests meals during our month long stay. Lovely!

Cozy Comfortable Stay
