This home features a quiet residential neighborhood that is blocks away from the bike path and historic bay area. The place contains an outdoor shower, three spacious bedrooms, and off street parking for one vehicle. On street parking is also easy and does not require a permit. Go have fun at the shore, then come back and relax instead of fighting the crowds.
Somers Point is truly the crossroads for many different shore adventures. The Point has history, entertainment, and plenty of restaurants: this dining mecca offers everything from high-end to pub food.

The entire home is for guest use, with the exception of the basement. There is also a garage with a few bikes and some crab pots for guest use.

The neighborhood had a mix of everything, from free concerts on Friday nights, to waterfront dining, and a short commute to many of the different beaches. All while being a quiet residential area, with plenty of amenities nearby.
The Somers Point bike path is blocks away, and the bridge can be accessed by foot or bike. NJ transit also serves Somers Point at Shore Rd. In addition, the Garden State Parkway is merely blocks away.
Please bring your own sheets and towels. Mattresses contain only comforters, and mattress protectors.
Somers Point treats short-term rentals the same as long-term rentals. They require a rental permit for every "tenant". The house is inspected before every guest checks in by a city inspector. This only means that your name a number must be shared with the city in order to transfer the rental permit between reservations. The fees are covered by me as the "landlord".

All registered guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We provide 4 complimentary beach tags for all registered guests 12 and over. We do not require any key or beach tag deposits, however any lost or stolen tags will result in a $25.00 charge per item.
All of our rooms are non-smoking. The designated areas for smoking: our back deck. Our front porch and all interior areas are smoke free. We thank our patrons for understanding.
Please use the shower out back to rinse off the sand before coming into the house. Please take off your shoes at the bottom of the stairs and do not track dirt on the brand new carpets. The basement is not available for guests, currently it is being used for storage.
