I have vacation at All of Myrtle beach for the last 25 years and this is the best beach anywhere

Location was amazing

The room was very spacious and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. Pool area was clean and kids had fun. Beach was RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! It was great. I do wish though there had been more paper products since we were there for a week, i.e., TP, Paper towels, garbage bags.

Blessed time

Had a wonderful time even though the weather was not perfect the entire area was very peaceful and friendly. I would recommend a trip down the road to Georgetown

Misleading

I called before our trip to see what parking was available. I was told the unit had 2 reserved parking places, which is not true. It only has one. We had 3 vehicles and one car had to park a the condominium beside ours, which mad for a good walk. There were no empty guest spaces available and only one space under the building, whereas most units have enough space to piggyback 2 cars. So we parked 2 cars as close as possible under the building but were asked to move one. I called and talked to a nice receptionist and she said she’d never had any complaints before. This was a 3 bedroom condo. How could anyone expect 1 car to accommodate that many people.? If I hadn’t called before our trip, I wouldn’t have been as upset. So I called back to speak to the manager, Dana, and was told he was out, but she would leave a message for him to call me. I thanked her and waited all week without ever getting called. 1. Not being told the truth which 2. caused a big inconvenience. Then 3. Not having my call returned kind of upset me. We had 3 passes. I also had another vehicle that came down a little later and asked about a pass for it. The security guard at the gate said they would have to park at the beach club, which was 1/4 mile away. HAD I KNOWN THE PARKING WAS GOING TO BE THIS MUCH OF A PROBLEM, I WOULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS.. I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME. The parking allowance of ONE vehicle in an assigned place and others in guest spaces, WHEN AVAILABLE, needs to be in the amenities description of the property. Had it been there, I wouldn’t have been upset at all. Had I been told when I called, I wouldn’t have been upset.
