I am delighted to bring you my comfortable home located in Wavertree, Liverpool. Located a stone's throw from the populated Smithsdown road. With great public transport links to the centre, local shops and a real sense of community. This house is located to nearby locations such as Edge Hill station, Liverpool Technology Park, Liverpool Cathedral and only two miles from the city centre. The house offers a perfect balance of visiting Liverpool with the ability to stay in a quiet residential area.

The house is located in a fairly quiet area of Wavertree, down a Cul-De-Sac. The house is inclusive of a TV along with a Virgin Media box that offers plenty of channels and entertainment. The house also includes as expected fast, reliable WiFi connection to keep you connected.

It wasnt great

The house wasnt cleaned, big balls of lint on the floor and we had to change all the sheets ourselves and put a lot of rubbish in the bin. There was no heating either so the house was freezing and the owner ignored all messages asking to turn it on remotely. It was a nice house but the issues with cleanliness and the heating ruined it.
