About this property

Beautiful mountain home only ten minutes up coveted Sunshine Canyon. Dead on view of Indian Peaks from two decks. Soak in the six person hot tub looking directly at the mountains. Enjoy all that Boulder and Pearl street have to offer with only a ten minute drive up Sunshine to be a world away from it all. Viking kitchen, and extra large recently remodeled master bath with double shower. You won't want to leave!
Three bedroom home but one bedroom is a studio used professionally so not in use as a bedroom. The other two bedrooms are King beds so it is ideal if you are sharing the home as two couples.

Perfect Christmas vacation stay!

Our family of 4 spent Christmas at this amazing home in sunshine canyon just above Boulder. Perfect location for visiting family in the Denver area. Easy access and convenient to all local attractions. Property was absolutely beautiful and the Mountain View’s were outstanding! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Colorado. Mountain Sanctuary

Beautiful house in a wonderful location, just 10 mins west of Boulder. Fantastic views. House was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had upscale fixtures and furniture. Great deck and hot tub. Our host was super nice as well! Would definitely stay here again.

A Majestic Retreat in Sunshine Canyon

From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the beautiful accommodations and exceptional service from our hosts, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. First and foremost, the location of this rental was absolutely sublime. Tucked away in the serene Sunshine Canyon, we were surrounded by majestic mountains and lush forests, yet just 10 minutes from Pearl Street. The views from the property were simply awe-inspiring, offering panoramic vistas that seemed straight out of a postcard whether we were sipping our morning coffee or enjoying the hot tub on the spacious deck after a hike. The rental was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The combination of stunning natural beauty, beautiful accommodations, and exceptional service from our hosts made for an unforgettable experience. We are already eagerly looking forward to our next visit and the opportunity to create more cherished memories in this remarkable location.

Breath taking views, georgeous Home. All amenities we needed were thrrey.

We spent 5 nights at this home for Christmas and we felt like we were at home. We didn’t want to leave. Everything was wonderful. The house is outstanding and the views can be described with words!

Rick and Diana grew up in Arkansas and vacationed often in Colorado. We discovered Boulder looking at colleges for our daughter and fell in love with it. We are active and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Living in Sunshine Canyon is a tremendous gift and we want to share our outdoor nirvana with you as well.

Why they chose this property

This property has a million dollar view and is built to bring the outdoors in. We can sit in the living room or the hot tub and see falling stars. We are ten minutes from downtown Boulder and yet live a world away in a peaceful setting. We are minutes away from hiking, biking, shopping, great dining, and yet feel as though we live in the mountains.

What makes this property unique

We were fortunate to house sit a home in Sunshine Canyon when we first moved to Boulder. We quickly learned that winter roads were not an issue as the road is plowed 24/7. In summer, the flowers and mild temperatures are glorious. Driving the short ten minutes up to our home is a beautiful drive and the easiest commute possible.
