We rented this beautiful property to stay in while in Chattanooga for my son's wedding. We needed a pretty place away from the crowd that would accommodate my 86 year old mother who traveled with us. This home was perfect in so many ways! Thank you Nancy for providing your lovely home for other's to enjoy. I can't say enough good things about the property and truly the photos don't do it justice! The home honestly felt like it had been prepared especially for us. <3 <3 <3 <3
Beautiful, comfortable home in great location
My daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed in the Signal Mountain house for a week in May for a family graduation. The house is very comfortable and has a great floor plan. My daughter and son-in-law took an upstairs bedroom where the TV room is. It's great to have the TV away from downstairs living area. I took a bedroom downstairs and loved it. The house and neighborhood are very quiet. It's an older, historic area of Signal Mountain within walking distance of hiking and Signal Point. The house is quite spacious; we had a small family gathering after my granddaughter's graduation and there was plenty of room on the deck, in the living room, and the large kitchen, dining area for everyone to spread out. The house is well-equipped. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable week.
Although the house is on the mountain, it's an easy and quick drive down the mountain and into Chattanooga. I lived in Chattanooga for 20 years. If I ever returned, I would love to live in this neighborhood (and even this house!). Nancy was very responsive and checked in with us to be sure all was in order. I would definitely rent from her again. My only complaint is not with Nancy or the house, but with VRBO. They make it very difficult to get in direct contact with the owner. I know they do this to maintain their fees, but I would prefer not to rent from VRBO again (although I have probably rented through them 10-15 times in the past). It's helpful to have a conversation with owners prior to your visit, which is no longer possible.
Wow! Absolutely the best!!!
The whole area is amazing and beautiful. We loved being tucked away on a charming private street and yet so close to everything. The house was so cozy, clean and quiet.
The beds were incredibly comfortable . The house is so tastefully decorated with lots of natural light and fully equipped with everything!
It was an enjoyable stay!

Loved our stay here!
The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The arrangements were perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own space and bathrooms. Loved the distant view of downtown from the spacious deck. We enjoyed looking at the various pieces of furniture and artifacts throughout the house. The only thing we would change would be the ability to eat and drink in the living room but that was not a deal breaker for sure. We couldn't both park in the driveway but there was space in front to park off the street. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved this little charming home
Thank you Janna and Nancy for your hospitality. Your home is truly charming and pictures do not show the beautiful character of the home, along with the sweet neighborhood.
Very nice house on a beautiful Mountain!
I can’t complain about our stay at all. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 5 minutes from some very nice hikes. Beds were comfortable and I felt at home!
