New Listing for Summer 2017!
We think you'll love staying at our beautiful home in Eastham. The house is located near the Salt Pond Visitor's Center (CC National Seashore), close to Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short drive to all outer-Cape attractions from Orleans to Provincetown.
The house has central-AC, can fit up to 8 people, is great for couples, families (with kids), or groups. The set up is excellent for socializing (large deck/open kitchen). WiFi and Cable TV. Ping Pong! Gas Grill!
This is a spacious, clean, and comfortable house with an open kitchen-living room area that is great for socializing. There are actually two living room areas - one is connected to the kitchen and the second is a more private area with a new HD TV (and yes we have HBO!). We love this set up because it allows for some family members to watch TV or read without disturbing those one would rather talk and have a few drinks in the main living room.
A large deck spans the entire back of the house and is accessible through sliding doors from both the kitchen and second living room.
We assume you'll arrive by car, but once you're here, biking is a good option to get around to most of the local attractions. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away and you don't need to cross Route 6 to access it. Once on the Rail Trail, you have access to points from Wellfleet to Chatham to Dennis, depending on how adventurous you are feeling. Coast Guard Beach is about 2 miles away and can be accessed by way of a beautiful winding bike path through woods and marshes of the National Seashore.
There is plenty of parking at local beaches if you prefer to drive. For Coast Guard Beach, you can park in (or walk to) the nearby satellite lot and take a shuttle to the beach.
Eastham is a nice central location for exploring the outer Cape from Chatham to Provicetown, including its oceanside beaches, bayside beaches, kettle ponds, national seashore hiking, restaurants, and nightlife.
