Really easy to organise this stay in villa Ionna. The property is really lovely with fantastic views down to the sea. Quiet location but just 5 minutes away from the town and beach.
A lovely villa in a great location with stunning views and a fab pool. We very much enjoyed our stay there but felt some of the fittings were a little tired and a welcome pack would have been a nice touch... A shame the outside lighting wasn’t working as it would have looked fabulous..
Great location & Area
The Villa was spotlessly clean and sensibly furnished. All furniture/furnishing/decoration was smart, good quality and in good condition. What we liked was that it was not cluttered with little items and lots of fiddly bits but there was plenty of storage. Loved the two sets of double doors out onto the pool are and the doors and windows slide back into the walls so there was no banging with a through draft, ingenious idea. Very comfy beds, sofas and rattan garden furniture. Just a couple of little mentions, the lug was too small for the kitchen sink and there was no washing up bowl so we had to use a tupperware tub to wash up in, also couldn't find a light switch for the outside lights or if they come on automatically, they didn't! The area is stunning and Agios Stefanos is a pretty little village with a traditional look and feel, but still a surprising number of Tavernas and all seemed good quality (we only ate at two). The two Supermarkets were also well stocked and there is a bigger one up the road. The neighbouring area of Avlaki was also stunning, beautiful beach.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Villa Ioanna and we would very much like to return. We have been holidaying in Corfu for over 20 years and we have never stayed in a villa with such amazing views over both Albania and the Corfu Channel. You can even enjoy these views whilst swimming in the gorgeous pool. Our maid, Lena, was very welcoming and the villa was beautifully clean on our arrival. Thank you to all at Agni Travel!

We had a truly fantastic holiday. The location of the villa, views, peace and quiet, proximity to Ag Stephanos, the pool and the villa itself cant be faulted. We will certainly consider returning to this location in one of your villas asap. The AC in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated at night and allowed for a good nights sleep ready for the next day. Locals were all very friendly particularly at dinner time in the town, we tried them all with complimentary glass of wine or Lemoncello. We had a great day on a hire boat which is highly recommended, stopping for a coffee at Agni and various coves and bays for a swim. Corfu is a new favorite. Kind Regards The Elloways
Saint Stephanos: The island of Corfu has its secrets and Saint Stephanos, set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, is certainly one of them. An extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi, that has managed to retain its traditional look and laid back feel . There is a small local Greek community that welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The excellent setting, waterfront Tavernas and bars, along with a scattering of mini-markets, shops and boat hire create a delightful Greek island holiday destination.
Aghios Stefanos, which is just within leisurely walking distance, has a selection of tavernas, bars and shops, as well as a picturesque beach. The beach of Avlaki, with its beautiful beach, sailing school and horse riding school is just a very short drive away.
Note: You can also walk down to Saint Stephanos via a short path through the olive groves. The distance is 500m but the path would not be suitable for the elderly or infirm as it is a steep in places.
