The patio and garden has a large designer dining table and chairs, rattan sofa and chair, sunloungers, side tables, candle lamps and mood lighting.
There is a balcony off the main bedroom with french doors leading out to views of the marina - a perfect place for morning breakfast or evening drinks and admire the beautiful sunsets.
You can cycle to the nearby perfectly preserved walled town of Aigues Mortes or the numerous seaside resorts and canals.
Fishing, horse riding, jet skiing, water skiing, widsurfing, wakeboarding and more are all available in the area.

CAR PARKING: A Secure car parking space is provided next to the villa. Access gained to car space and development via a remote control to open vehicle access gate and a 4 digit code for pedestrian access.
PATIO and GARDEN: On the Marina side: The villa has a private garden and patio leading directly from the 2no. double French doors off the Lounge. Designer dining table and chairs for 6 people, quality rattan sofa and chair with full cushions, sunloungers and side tables and other chairs are provided. Mood lighting and candle type oil lamps provide an atmospheric evening.
Direct access to the marina from the garden provides a pleasant outlook and access to the boats. You can walk around the marina development in both directions from here. A private 14m mooring is provided for your use with prior arrangement from the property owner.
The garden currently has no fence between the marina & garden areas. CARE MUST BE TAKEN AT ALL TIMES & USE OF THESE FACILITIES AT YOU OWN RISK.
BALCONY: The marina bedroom has double French doors leading to an external balcony that overlooks the marina and garden below.
BEYOND THE MARINA: 8 mins. walk to the Medieval walled town of Aigues Mortes - with its many restaurants, boutiques, cafes and bars. Provencal markets are held every Wednesday and Sunday in the local town square.
BOAT CANAL TRIPS: From the village are numerous throughout the day.
HORSE RIDING: Many stables are located within the area providing beach and trail rides through the Camargue on the local white horses.
TRAINS: 5 minute walk to Aigues Morte train station with regular service to the seaside resort/town of Grau du Roi (5mins. journey time) and to the ancient Roman city of Nimes (30mins. journey time).
Family groups are preferred as the house is part of a residential community.
There is strictly no smoking inside the property which is fitted with smoke alarms. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden and patio areas.
We ask that all guests will replace like for like within reason any small breakages and to replace things used that are not included in the rental price, i.e. cleaning, washing products, basic long life food produces and all toilet rolls and kitchen towels.
All outside tables, chairs and sunloungers can be left outside during your stay.
Linen/towels are provided. Please use the laundry facilities in the property for your own daily/weekly requirements.
Please ensure all lights and appliances are switched off on leaving the property daily and at final departure day.
