Why Steve W. Marsee chose Daytona Beach Shores
Despite being a life-long Floridian, I never really appreciated the beach. That was until someone convinced me to actually get out there on this beach (where he has owned a condo for 24 years) and see what all the fuss was about. well, after looking at the sunrises and then the sunsets from here, I was hooked. Therefore, I bought my first condo last year with the intention of renting it half the time and using it half the time, When I had it rented for the entire Winter, I realized that I now had gone from not caring about the beach to terribly missing it. That's when I bought this unit too so I can share this treasure with others like you.
What makes this Condo unique
Every morning brings about completely different settings and visuals on this beach. Sometime the shells that come ashore are certain colors and sizes and sometimes they are bigger, more colorful and different varieties. Its never the same thing. The color of the sand often looks pink and seems like its airbrushed atop the sand (note one of my pictures of the area at the steps going down to the beach). In other words, its like visiting more than one location every day yet familiar enough to give you a sense of being in a familiar place where you belong. This property is less than a half a mile from the Sun glow Pier and Crabby Joe's Restaurant which has the best Omelet station in town. Its fun to get up and do a walk down the beach to Joe's and have breakfast then walk back. Oh, the sunsets from the balcony outside the front door over the inter-coastal waterway are beyond amazing.

Condo.....Unless i am blind but i did not see a fire extinguisher...feel this is important. Not enough trash bags when u r there for two weeks. The beds are not queen but double....feel website should be updated to reflect this. Loved loved the condo....felt like home
Condo building......feel the pool rules are not being followed and there is no one to inforce them. The stairs to the beach should be a ramp as they are getting old. The wifi towers around the pool area were not working properly.

The condo was wonderful...clean, big and beautiful. Loved it..did not want to leave. I would go back tomorrow. Close to restaurants and stores. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was awesome. Perfect!!!!!!
