Hello! I live in Minnesota, but have been vacationing in Florida since I was a child. I hope to retire to FL in about 8 years, but in the meantime will be renting out my 2BR 2BA condo in the beautiful Pelican Sound community in Estero. I look forward to sharing my second home with you!

Nice place. Lovely pool near the building. Development has lots of varied activities plus good lecturers on a variety of topics. Location convenient for shopping, concerts, beaches and experiencing wildlife in the area. Owner pleasant, friendly and easy to communicate with. We were very satisfied with our 2 month stay.
A beautiful condo in a great community
Kathi's Pelican Sound condo is a good choice for a stay in Southwest Florida.
The unit is spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Located in the Island Sound enclave of the Pelican Sound community, there is good proximity to all of the amenities yet a sense of quietude in these buildings nestled up against the Estero River.
The screened lanai has a serene view over a natural area. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable. We found ourselves spending many pleasant hours here.
The condo was a model suite and the many decorator touches are very nice.
You can't beat Pelican Sound for a place to go and have many activities to enjoy. This condo is a great way to be there.
