Local West Seattlite. Originally from Texas, but came here for a visit 20+ years ago and that was all it took. Bye Texas. My husband and I own a local remodeling firm and have recently remodeled this cute little cottage. We are so happy to share this amazing city with you, welcome to our home.
Katherine purchased this Cottage in 2007

Great Location to DT Seattle
House is very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Water taxi or uber to Downtown Seattle is quick and convemient.
Adorable, clean and helpful owner
This spot was perfect for my needs as a business traveler. I booked for a week at the last minute and the owner accepted quickly. Near the end of my stay, I wanted to extend my rental but the property was already booked by someone else so I guess I just got lucky for the first week. Everything was great. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Everything was up to date. Best part: the driveway (don't underestimate the value of a driveway in Seattle) and owner was so interactive she returned personal items I left inside. Worst part: master bed was low quality but it didn't keep me from sleeping well, master window facing rearwards was ajar when I arrived and had to put about 10 minuets of effort into latching it closed. Summary: When I return to the area, I'll definitely try to book this property before looking into others.
LD from Houston
Very comfortable in a good location with easy access to downtown attractions. Nice and quiet area in a friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
A very nice place to stay if you are looking for local experience
This two-bedroom house is very beautiful and comfertable for four of us to stay. It is in a quite neighborhood where we can rest very well. The view we have from the small patio is amazing. We love the open kicthcen that we can make breakfast at home everyday during the stay. The only downside is the TV channel selections aren't very alot(maybe more time spending on search would help) but since we don't really need the TV for entertainment so it doesn't bother us. Ketherine, the property owner, is very nice, easy to communicate and responding quickly everytime we contacted her. We are very happy for our stay. I would recommend this place if anyone is looking for places outside of downtown Seattle and want to experience the local feeling in the city.
Short walk to express line to downtown Seattle. Walk or bike to Alki beach for kayaking or paddleboarding, restaurants and site seeing.
